Chapter 52
Ulysses made an appointment for Chloe with a psychiatrist. "Yes, put her on the earliest schedule." The person at the end of the line said something. "Tomorrow? Yes, that will be fine." He turned to the bed when he felt his wife had woken up. A bright smile spread across his face. "Yes, we will be there. Goodbye." After ending the call and pocketing the cell phone, he walked to bed. "Good morning, baby." He brought his face closer to Chloe to kiss her, but his wife turned her face away and covered her mouth. Ulysses raised his eyebrows at what his wife did.
"I-I haven't brushed my teeth yet." She explained.
"So," he held the hand covering his wife's mouth, "I will have my morning kiss. And no one can stop me," he said with a smile as he brought his face closer to her.
"Uly!"
