Chapter 28 - His Other Side
Chloe was lying on the small bed hugging Ares, who was fast asleep. She did not know what was happening outside. She just prays that nothing bad has happened to everyone at home.
Chloe didn't realize what time she fell asleep, she felt someone caressing her face. Ares was sleeping on the side of the wall, so it was her lying on the edge. She was fully awakened when she felt the person sitting beside her.
Chloe's whole body stiffened when this person turned her face. And her eyes widened when she felt his lips covering hers.
With the dim light in the room, she recognized the person kissing her was none other than Ulysses.
Using her free hand, she tried to push the hard, heavy body of the man who had almost laid on top of her.
