"THE AGEOF FOURTY YEARS"

* ⚜? Forty years ⚜? *

My daughter was memorizing Surah Al-Ahqaf, and then one day she was amazed when she asked me: "My Baba Jan! How old are you ... ???"

I smiled and said: "Of course you have a background to this question."

He said: My father! Tell me how old are you

I said: My daughter is 44 years old.

He said: "As if you were forty years old four years ago, did you pray to be forty years old?"

I asked: "Is there a specific prayer for a forty-year-old?"

He said like a teacher: In Surah Al-Ahqaf, Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

* And We have commanded man to be kind to his parents. His mother bore him in her womb and gave birth to him. The time of her conception and weaning is thirty months, until she reaches maturity and forty years of age. Has rewarded me and my parents, and that I should do good deeds that please you and make my children righteous. I turn to you and I am one of the Muslims. These are the people whose good deeds We accept and whose evil deeds We forgive. They are among the people of Paradise. According to the true promise that is made to them. * (Al-Ahqaf: 15, 16)

My teacher told me that * his father recited this prayer twenty years ago and now he is 60 years old. My teacher also told us that anyone who loves his parents should tell him about this beautiful prayer. I should tell. Dad! I'm telling you because I love you. *

My daughter was very happy, she quickly brought a paper and a pen and wrote a prayer.

The words of the prayer are simply:

* O my Lord, grant me strength that I may be grateful for the favor which You have bestowed on me and my parents, and that I may do good deeds that please You and My children. Make good I turn to you. *
