How it all happened....
Phone ringing.
"Hello, Diana? It's been long".
"Yeah," Diana said.
"What's up?" Jake asked.
"You're seriously asking me that," Diana said.
"You left Vivian at the altar, does that mean you finally realised you don't love her?".
"Maybe?" Jake shrugged.
"Perfect, so we can finally be together," Diana said happily.
"Diana not this together, I don't love you, what we had was a fling and nothing more ".
"So you used me?" Diana asked.
"Not really, no I didn't we both enjoyed it.
"Let's meet up," Diana said.
"Where?" Jake asked.
"Meet me at the entrance to the forest".
"What? Why the forest?" Jake asked.
"Are you scared?"
"No ..no ..... I'm not, it's just weird," Jake said.
"I want us to meet in private, cos I don't want Vivian, Seth or your sister to see us, so stop acting like a b*tch and meet me there by 11o' clock.
"Rudeee, but fine I'll meet you there," Jake said.
"Good".
Few minutes later Jake was at the entrance to the forest waiting for Diana.
After some time Diana walked towards him slowly .
"11:20, you're late," Jake said.
"Whatever".
"Why the long coat? and why are we here?".
"Diana this is all weird".
"Let's take a walk," Diana simply said.
"Into the forest? You're crazy," Jake exclaimed.
"Yeah crazy for you," Diana said winking.
They started walking into the forest.
"So you're saying you never loved me, that you were using me?" Diana asked after some minutes of silence.
"Diana, I never told you the 'L' word, moreover I was engaged to your sister," Jake said.
"You said you were gonna break up with her, but you didn't and went ahead to ignore me, do you know how it felt?" Diana yelled with tears in her eyes.
"I'm sorry for leading you on Diana," Jake said.
"I hope you can move on and be happy," he said and turned to leave.
"And Vivian, why didn't you attend your wedding," Diana yelled.
Jake stopped walking, "none of your business," he said and continued walking.
"Jake don't you dare walk out on me," Diana yelled.
He continued walking, angrily Diana picked up a stone and threw it at him.
The stone hit him on the side of his head.
He fell down groaning in pain.
Diana walked to where he was.
She brought out a knife from the pocket of her coat.
Jake widened his eyes in fear.
"Diana, no..no... please don't this, Please I beg you".
Diana stabbed him multiple times on his neck
"IF I CAN'T HAVE YOU, NO ONE ELSE WILL," She muttered.
2 years later.
They say people react to grieve in different ways.
Some depression, some numbness and some anxiety .
But people are different.
I have psychotic depression, that's how I reacted to grieve.
Ever heard of it before?
I'm confined in some stupid psychiatric hospital.
Hahaha (giggles).
Soo funny.
I'm Vivian, yep it's me.
And this is how my life turned out.
Hahaha oh I'm so tired of laughing.
Seth tells me Diana was sentenced to 40 years life imprisonment.
I'm playing with my dolls and Seth walks in, he's looking down.
He's been looking depressed since the incident, I tell him he's insane, but he looks at me like I'm the one mad.
Oh well .
"Vivian, how are you?" He asks.
"I'm fine, I have my husband and my babies so I'm fine," I say pointing to my dolls giggling.
I see tears drop from his eyes rolling down his cheek.
"Seth don't cry, we're fine, my babies are no longer sick, the fever has stopped".
"And Jake, my husband just got a promotion," I said to cheer him up but he cries more.
I hug him.
"I love you Vivian, please get better," he says hugging me back.
"I love you too Seth," I say.
