Victoria and I were deep in the photo archive when Katherine entered, her elegant demeanor as always commanding attention. Her silver-streaked hair caught the warm light of the room as she made her way to us. She raised an eyebrow at the images spread on the table in front of us.
“What do we have here?” she asked, her tone soft but with that regal edge that made you feel compelled to answer.
