I love and trust Joshua, but I fear his rejection, and that's what scares me the most about this pregnancy thing.
I know Joshua didn't want any of that when he met me, a mate and a family, he had been a lone wolf for years, and I think he was fine that way. From what little I knew about him, besides being the alpha's nephew, Joshua was an adventurer, the alpha who had traveled the most outside of his pack not counting Tyler, always getting into trouble and hunting all kinds of monsters, that being the reason he was the leader of the pack's protection forces.
And he also knew that for all those years he had never looked for his mate, or at least no one ever mentioned her.
