6. When and where

Ari's P.O.V.

A week after I received that crazy phone call on my birthday my whole world was turned upside down my very heart was riped out of my body by this unknown psychopath. I would have never thought they would taken him from me just to keep us apart. Gus is gone and no one knows when he was taken and where he is now it's like he was taken out of thin air I saw him yesterday at school and he never made it home. NO one has seen him since school let out yesterday. I have cried all day, it's like crying a river that never runs dry. Gus give me a sign of where you are. 

T's P.O.V. 

I woke up in the dark, cold, in chains and disoriented the last thing I remember is going to the gym to see my sister Limia after she called me crying, saying she had something to tell me now I don't know where I am.

"Oh you are up now I thought it would take a little longer for the scorpion poison wear off but you may be stronger than I expected." Then who ever it was who had me pricked my neck and I was  out again.

"Wake up and eat I don't want you to die just yet I have to see just how much fun I can get out of this." They said while I tried to figure out who had me.

"How long have I been here?" I asked just to make conversation to try and pick up on the voice.

"Does it really matter it's not like you are ever going to leave." You could hear the smirk in their voice even see their face.

"Can you at least tell me why am I here?' 

" Blame your bestie she was warned but she refused to listen and look where it got you." I can't blame her then I have to blame myself she told me she had to stay away from me and I wouldn't let her I just had to see and talk to here now i may never see or hear from her again, I miss her already. So i ate my food in silence and waited to see what would happen.

Ari's P.O.V. 

Oh how I miss my Gus Gus I hardly eat or sleep because of nightmares this is all my fault I should have known it would be him that they would hurt. I am about to call their burner number again just to see if someone would answer. *RINGING* Okay it's ringing this time someone please pick up.

"Hello Arizona why are you calling me?" The voice on the other end said.

"I just need to know if Limio is alive if he is please don't hurt him let him go and take me instead I'm the one who didn't listen he doesn't deserve this."

"Would you actually give yourself up for him?" With curiosity in their voice.

"Yes yes I would I would swap my life for his.

"Ok I will think about this information and call you back." They laughed before they hung up.

T's P.O.V.

"Wake up Limio may change my plan and let you live after all little Ms Scorpio must really love you because she is willing to die for you."

"What do you mean?" What I hear in reply literally makes my blood boil.

"Would you actually give yourself up for him?"

"Yes yes I would I would swap my life for his.

"Ok I will think about this information and call you back." I hear from the speaker.

"No keep me just please let me tell her good bye." I plead but all they did was laugh .

Ari's P.O.V.

Laying in my bed just listening to some slow music when I get the call I have been waiting on.

"Hello I answer quickly have you decided to let me take his place."

"Yes but you have to tell your parents what you plan on doing I will not hurt a legitimate Scorpio intentionally."

"Are you saying I am not legitimately a Scorpio?" I asked confused.

"It is what it is are your parents really your parents. You do know most kids like you don't survive this long."

"Hold on then I will tell them now so that we can get this over with." I said trying to hold back the tears because I know that they are right about me living this long. Yes children who are born outside of their parents sign are put up for adoption but if a home is not found for them in the first five years of their lives they are either killed or disowned by society which is just like killing them but more torturous, people who are to be disowned normally beg for death. I find my parents in our living room area watching their favorite show 'What's that sign.'

"Mom, dad I have decided to swap my life for Limio's." I say all in one breath trying to get to it, they both snapped their heads in my direction. 

"Oh no the hell you not if it was to be found out that we agreed for you to do that we would be disowned and you would be dead no silly happily ever after there. So just let that idea go and let those Tauruses deal with their own issues." 

"Wow y'all are heartless it's my fault he got taken away from his family in the first place and now it's like his life doesn't matter to anyone but me." 

"So why do you care so much he isn't a Scorpio so he is not our responsibility." They say so nonchalantly that it makes me nauseous. I couldn't even reply to their blasé attitude towards my best friends life. Back in my room I got back on the phone.

"You heard me tell them that was your condition and I did as you asked now we need to make this swap." 

"Arizona you can't be serious about this even after all your parents just told you, you would still risk your life for a bull headed Taurus?"

"Like you said they are not my parents and I am not a legitimate Scorpio so just tell me when and where."
