My eyelids were heavy as I struggled to open them, the rest of my body laying limply on a soft cushion. The light hurt my eyes and I could barely move my arms. I groaned and pushed myself to sit up, trying to regain some strength. I rubbed my eyes wearily, trying to wake myself up. The room smelled strongly of antiseptic, the sharp scent burning my lungs.
