Zain's face was the colour of a hydrant, absolutely mortified. His nose was dripping with blood. Jaylin shrieked, “What did you just do!” She screamed at the top of my voice. The entire school stared at the scene unfolding before them, with bated breaths. “One more word about my father, and you'll pick your bones off the floor!” I growled. It wasn't bluffing and he knew that quite alright. Zain stared at me, his eyes red with disdain. “I bet you're this worked up, because I stated the truth.” I sidestepped him, pushed the door open, then walked into the class. My eyes landed on a she-wolf sitting at the far end of the class, staring at the window. I'd been so caught up in my feelings, I entirely forgot I'd made an exclusive request to have her in the same class with me. Soon, Jayl
