At Shaw & Fletcher’s weekly asbestos team meeting, Vivienne explained the content of the expert reports she had received from Henry King’s lawyers in the matter of James Henderson. She was not entirely clear herself where Jacksons were going with the reports.
“As I knew they would, they have unearthed Mr Henderson’s asbestos exposure in Scotland and basically made it the issue in the case.”
“Couldn’t you have told the bloke to shut up about it or say that he couldn’t remember?” Carlos volunteered.
