I turned off the TV, the silence of the room comforted me “I’m coming in”I heard my mom’s voice as she input the door password I sat up, bracing myself for the conversation I knew was coming. My mother walked in, her eyes full of concern. "Are you alright?" she asked, sitting down next to me. I nodded, not trusting myself to speak. She put her arm around me, pulling me close. "I know this is hard," she said, her voice full of compassion. "But you don't have to go through this alone." "Oh, sweetheart," she said, holding me tight. "You will get through this. It may not feel like it right now, but you will." She took my hand in hers, her eyes full of love and understanding. I was ready to face the world, no matter what it threw at me. ⭐︎⭐︎ Cassandra POV As the sun streamed through the window, i sat up in bed, the events of the previous night hitting me like a brick. I couldn't believe that after all this time, Williams had decided to end things. I felt a wave of sadness wash over me, followed by a rush of anger. How could he do this to me? I buried my face in my hands, trying to make sense of it all. But no matter how hard i tried, i couldn't find an answer. The hours ticked by, and my phone remained silent. I wondered what I would do now, how I would move on. I felt like my world had been turned upside down, and i didn't know how to put it back together. The sound of my mother's voice broke through the silence, and I looked up to see her standing in the doorway. She held a cup of tea in her hand, a warm smile on her face. "Good morning, sweetheart," she said, her voice full of love. "I brought you some tea." I looked at the cup, my eyes welling up with tears. "Thank you, mom," I said, my voice cracking. "I needed this." She set the cup down on the nightstand and sat down on the edge of my bed. "Do you want to talk about it?" she asked, her eyes full of concern.
