Chapter Seventy Eight
“I thought you would….”He starts before he freezes and his eyes move down. The paper comes flying away from my face as he quickly grabs the map and tosses it to the side.
The map was probably covering my entire torso with how big it was and from what I am guessing he definitely did not like that. He did not like how the map was obscuring his view. “I thought you would never get here.”
He completes his sentence and I can just tell that he is eyeing my body and then my face again. He is looking at me very intensely and that look in his eyes feels very familiar. It feels like a look that I have known and loved before.
“The food is cold now actually. We should skip the meal” he says before reaching for my arms and pulling me close to him. His hands slide from my back
