I was in turmoil and going up the stairs to my room was taking up more in me than I thought possible.
I couldn’t believe what was happening to me.
I wondered why of all days and times, this letter had to come today when the king had been so nice to me.
He even wanted me to join him in the meeting but I was so shaken that I could not speak o even face him because my mind thought that he could tell what I was thinking.
What if Morgan had gone through the letter?
What if he knew what was in it?
What if they discovered what I was up to and the fact that I was not who I was saying I was?
No.
I had come too far to allow this shake me.
I have to look for that worthless woman and make her keep quiet for eve.
