CHAPTER 2

Chapter 2: THE FIRST MISS

In the past days, the servants would always find the second miss in daze and sleeping. She totally changed after the injury. No one was also allowed to visit her for the first three day for her to rest. This give Fang Yu to slowly absorb and adjust.

Today, Fang Yu was sitting on the pavilion on the center of the pond in her courtyard once again. She was feeding the koi fishes when she heard someone coming. She was still in her white robe since she wasn't going anywhere anyway. She also didn't bother getting her hair fixed and just tied the half of her long hair together without any jewelries.

"Sister!" A familiar voice called her making her turn around. She saw her elder sister, Fang Xuan. Her elder sister was always kind and virtuous. She would be the best model of a perfect woman in this era. She is a peerless beauty and kind hearted. Any man would fall in love with her. Fang Xuan was already 17 so her body was matured than her.

Fang Yu faintly smiled before looking at Chu Xi beside her, asking who was she.

"Ah! Miss, this is the First miss. Miss's sister." Chu Xi introduced her. Fang Yu nodded and stood up. She lifted her skirt and bowed respectfully at her sister. She felt guilty. She had done so many evil things to her in the past. In this life, she should not try to obtain something she can't. She should be contented of what she have.

"Eldest Sister." Fang Yu greeted her respectfully. Fang Xuan immediately stopped her and held her hands.

"Second sister, you're still recovering. Also, it's because of me that you got injured. Im sorry." Fang Xuan said sadly and guiltily. Her only blood sister got her because of her! God knows how guilty she was. Fang Yu blink her innocent eyes at her and looked at Chu Xi, asking what she was talking about.

"Eldest Miss, Miss lost her memories and does not know what happened." Chu Xi reminded Fang Xuan.

"Right..... I'm sorry. Leave us alone for a moment." The servants scurried away.

"Yu, I will tell you what happened, okay?" Fang Xuan said seriously and began to narrate what happened. After what she said, Fang Yu only nodded her head.

"Do you wanna go out?" Fang Xuan suddenly invited her.

"Can I?" Fang Yu asked and look at her.

"Of course! Let's go and get you changed first!" Fang Xuan said excitedly and pulled her inside.

Fang Yu changed into a light yellow dress and Chu Xi also fixed her hair. After that they both went out of the mansion. They went to the market and restaurants. And those who would see would turn to look back again. People also began gossiping on how the second miss of the prime minister changes drastically. Previously, she was known to be a candidate of the position of the crown princess since she and the crown prince was her childhood sweetheart.

After that, they went back home. Fang Yu didn't pay heed towards the rumours going around and continued to stay at home. She realized she never met her father since she woke up. What does she expect? Her father and mother never really dote nor cared about her. The favor between Fang Xuan and Fang Yu was heaven and earth. It also became one of the factors why Fang Yu was jealous of Fang Xuan. They didn't like her because she was a girl, they thought it would be a boy but it disappointed them greatly. Not only that she was a girl but a fortune teller said that she is prone to evil temptations and would be easily influenced by the evil that can cause so much trouble and bloodshed which she really did in her first life. Another one is that she is not as intelligent as her sister.

Fang Yu rolled her eyes. It's not like she chose to be a girl!

"Miss!" Fang Yu heard Chu Xi called her so she turned around. Chu Xi was holding a basket full of roses. In this era, a lot of women use thick rogues to make themselves look more beautiful but the rogue damages their skin so she decided to make a beauty cream.

Fang Yu's future would be different from now on since things have changed. She doesnt know what will happen in the end so she need to make money for survival in case she might need it in the future.

After living different lives, she tried her best to learn everything on every life. She doesn't want to waste her time. She acquired quite a lot of skills in her reincarnations.

For the whole afternoon, Fang Yu and Chu Xi stayed at the courtyard and finally created the first cold cream of this era. She named it the Ice Cold Cream. She planned on making other types of flower cold cream series after the introduction of her product will boom.

At night, she tried the cold cream personally to check if the effectivity is what outcome she wanted. She use natural ingredients which is different from the 21st century so their effectivity is different. For the next days she used it everyday and the results was the same as in the future but the effectiveness was only a little bit longer than that in the future. Her skin has became a lot more dewy whiter, and smoother. Her face was moisturize and flawless. The cold cream is a cleansing cream but she added more ingredients for more effects.

And soon, she introduced two products in the market which is the original cold cream and rose cold cream with the brand 'Yu', her name. After a few weeks of waiting, the money began to flow. Since no one really cares about her, she can do what she wants.

With the money she earned in the first 2 months, she used it to but a building to open a bigger shop. Chu Xi only hired someone to sell it in the market before in a low price,now that it growing, she raised the price and she also have to expand it so that she can produce more cold cream since she still have to be cautious in her courtyard.

Fang Yu's shop, Xing Yu Pavilion, was booming more and more for the next months. She also hired more workers with the help of Chu Xi. A account, manager, salesman and saleslady, a production team and the packaging team. She did it like in the future. It's more organized this way.

Because she always live the house, her family also got suspicious and sent someone to follow her, she was lucky that she noticed it before she entered the shop, instead she went to a nearby temple to pray. She got monitored for a few more days before it's stop because she only stayed at home or just went outside to look around. She has been staying at home lately too because she was currently researching for the next product she will produce. The cold cream and the flower cold cream series; the rose cold cream, cherry blossom cold cream, peony cold cream, lavender cold cream, and etc. were a big hit so she have to launch a new product. The cold cream can make the skin white, smooth and moist. It also have a refreshing effect that can make the skin look more younger so it was a big hit! The concubines, consorts, and even the empress inside the palaces have this. Everybody likes to be beautiful! Her mother and the concubines of the prime minister have this even her elder sister and other step-sisters.

After three months or researching and producing, Fang Yu was able to create a sunscreen. Though, it was hard to create because of lack of equipments, the natural ingredients were abundant and easy to get. The suncreen was not only especially for skin protection from the sun but also for healthy skin and glow, and a moisturized appearance. She priced this a little bit lower than the cold cream since she doesn't know if the population would like it like the cold cream.

At the first day of sunscreen launching a lot bought it more than she expected at all. Another huge amount of money filled her room and she had to go to the bank and put it all there. She would be accuse of something if someone might accidentally saw it and she won't be able to explain where she got such large amount.

Fang Yu went outside of her room and went to the pavilion again. She loved sitting here, just watching the koi fishes swim. In her reincarnations, she never took a rest and continued to help people with what she can. She tried her best to pay for her sins and maybe the gods have forgiven her and sent her back again.

Since they have forgiven her then she should live a good life and walk on the right path.
