Chapter 1: HER DIFFERENT LIVES

"You've changed a lot." The crown prince said while staring coldly at the woman who was tied up in chain and was bleeding from all the torture she received.

"....." She didn't answered and just stared at him with dull dead eyes.

"How can you poison your own sister? You were so innocent when we were still kids what happened to you? You turned so evil and unrecognizable devil." The crown prince said harshly with anger.

"You even killed my heir. Not to mention the servants you framed and used as a escape goat!"

"......"

She was still silent, thinking about what he just said before forcing out words from her dry mouth.

"You shouldn't have promised this evil creature something that you wouldn't fulfill. You....... Shouldn't have gave me false hope from the start. It's fine if you would have married me only as a concubine but you forced me to marry a stranger. A man I never saw..." Her hoarse voice trailed off.

"Is that why you became like this?! I admit I liked you at the start and plan on taking you as my concubine but you started to hurt your sister, my legal wife! I don't want to have a conflict in my harem so I ask father to marry you off so that you could settle down yet that didnt work!"

The woman smiled bitterly.

"Then why did you saved me when I fell into the lake that year?" She asked. He hated her already at that year so she clinged more at him, thinking he still like her.

"It was a big misunderstanding. I wasn't the who saved you. It was General Zhang, your husband." The crown prince answered before turning around.

"I hope you will reincarnate soon and don't choose the wrong path once again. Proceed the execution." He said and left the execution room. He felt a slight unpleasantness as he leave.

The woman looked up at the imposing man in front of her. It was her husband who will execute her. She saw different emotions from his eyes.

"Why didn't you turn back?..."

He lifted his sword and swung it on her throat with a tears leaving his usual cold eyes.

"I've always been here for you. I loved you for so long." But the woman was already dead. The general in front of her dropped his sword and personally removed the chains on her wrist. He brought her to his chest as his heart bleed along with his tears.

He loves her very much right from the start. He loves her secretly and never told anyone. He just wanted to stay beside her. He just wanted to be there for her. He was alright with his one sided love even though that means seeing his love love another man.

Fang Yu who was in his arms thought that she would be already at the purgatory when she opened her eyes but when she did, a weird world greeted her. She was filled with confusion and fear.

When she finally learned that this was the modern world, the era thousand of years later from where she came from. Her ancient mind slowly tried to adjust to this new surroundings. She lived her life differently before. Strangely, she hadn't lost the memories of her first life. She continued to moved on and repent her sins by helping and serving the people. She became a doctor and specialized in general surgery. She also entered the military as a military doctor. There she was killed by the terrorists. She thought she was really dead that time but once again she was reincarnated again.

She was reincarnated into an another era and that repeated everytime. She doesn't know the reason and thought the gods might have wanted her to repay for her sins for her whole lifetimes.

After reincarnating into different worlds, she had many professions. She became a soldier, a doctor, an alchemist, an engineer, a professor, a scientist, a lawyer and etc. And fortunately, she has never forgotten every era she reincarnated into and she accumulated a lot of skills and knowledge about different things from her reincarnation.

And in this 10th life ,once again, she was dying. She has been stabbed by the killer while trying to protect the kids who was being kidn*pped. She was already not afraid of death because she thought that when she open her eyes she would be a baby again. She would live a new life again.

But she was wrong, when she woke up, she wasn't a baby but an fifteen year old lady! What's more surprising is that this place is very familiar. She tried to think about it. She was sure the saw this before but her memory was vague.

A noise coming from the door draws her attention back to reality and turned her head towards that direction.

"Miss, You're awake!" The maid raised her voice in surprise. It has been 2 days after she fell from the stairs and injured her head severely for saving her eldest sister from those other noble ladies.

"Who are you?" Fang Yu asked while staring at the lady, trying to remember her.

"Miss, it's me Chu Xi your personal maid!" The maid said worriedly. That familiar name hit her again.

"Who am I?" She asked as she wanted to confirm something. Her heart was beating erratically as she wait for her answer.

"Miss, Your name is Fang Yu! The second miss of the Prime Minister's mansion! Did you lost your memories? Oh no! Wait for me here! I'll call for a physician!" Chu Xi panicked and ran out to call a physician.

Fang Yu was left in daze. She didn't reincarnate like what happened before. Instead, she went back to her first life. The life that was like a nightmare for her. The life where she sinned greatly and was punished by death. She also began to panic when memories washed over her head so she tried to calm herself down.

Chu Xi arrived at the courtyard and immediately told the old maid that the second miss had woken up. The old maid immediately send message to the first madam that the second miss had woken up. The first madam immediately rushed on her way.

Fang Yu slowly went out of the bed and head outside. She really did came back. This was her courtyard. She strolled towards the pavilion the was near the small pond of her courtyard and take a sit. When the first madam and the doctor arrived, they found the room empty.

"Let's look for the second miss!" The first madam said and went outside to look for that child. Though she never like this daughter even a bit, she still her daughter so she had to check on her or else her rivals would use this towards her.

When they finally arrived at the pavilion and saw a lady in white robe in daze while gazing at the lake. She looked peaceful and calm. She heard them arrived so she turned around, taking their breathe away. Indeed, she was beautiful but not as beautiful as her elder sister's beauty. The eldest miss have the beauty of a temptress while the second miss was on the adorable side. Her pale look and chapped lips earned pity of whoever look at her.

The first madam was the first one to snapped out of daze and immediately moved towards her daughter.

"How are you feeling? Chu Xi said you lost your memories!" The first madam, Li Wan said, and hold her hand.

Fang Yu was in daze. She lost her memories? She looked at Chu Xi who was tearing up before looking back at her mother. Her mother never really like her but they don't mistreat her.

"Who are you?" She asked innocently while looking at Li Wan. The servant gasped. The second miss really lost her memories. Fang Yu decided to act like she lost her memories. She wanted to start a new life.

"My dear, I'm your mother. Doctor Qiao, please check what's wrong with her!" The first madam asked with crocodile tears. She never thought her daughter would really lose her memories.

The physician went forward and feel her pulse before saying, "Madam, Second Miss is fine. Her head was severely injured causing her to lose her memories." Her pulse was fine but the accident might have affected her head.

"Will there be a chance for her to recover her memories?"

"A small possibility. She even forgot her own name which shows that she might not have any memories at all."

"Madam!!" The first madam staggered and the servants immediately hold her up. Though she doesn't like her, she still have some use. She planned to marry her off to some prince or to any powerful aristocrat.

"Take the second miss inside. It's cold out here." The first madam said and stared at the daughter in front of her. Her eyes was calm and have a tinge of indifference. Chu Xi immediately went forward with two more maids and help Fang Yu to her bedroom.

Soon enough the news that the second miss of the prime minister's mansion lost her memories after saving the first miss from the other nobles, spread the wildfire.

Fang Yu stared at the ceiling. This was three years away from the engagement between her elder sister, Fang Xuan, and the crown prince, Long Xiayi. She doesn't have any feelings towards him anymore so she didn't mind acting like she have amnesia. She can't go to that path again.

Long Xiayi and the general was still at war and they would be back after 3 years later. That's the time the crown prince needs a crown princess from a noble family.
