“I’m very sorry for the little mishap, please shall we continue with the event?” The MC asked no one in particular.
“You may continue,” Julian answered, nodding.
“Julian, we made it through,” I said, smiling at him.
It all happened so fast that I couldn’t grasp the whole moment. It feels like all the beautiful colors of the world are flashing before my eyes. I turned and saw Grandma smiling beautifully at me, Ms. Madeline was almost in tears but she still managed a smile. Ms. Cuppa was staring at me proudly, Laura was looking at me worriedly while Mr. Peterson was clapping softly with a smile on his face, I can’t believe I’m part of this team.
