EVA I paved the hospital floors as my heart thumped with each intake of breath. I was worried for him and I was scared for him. The doctors have yet to tell me anything and I am here in the lobby, waiting to see if the man I love is alright. It's been almost an hour and I couldn't stay still. Running my hands through my hair in frustration, I was just about to go up to the receptionist desk when a man in a white lab coat style came out and called Rick's name. I walked over to him and he looked down at me with a raised brow. "Sister?" I sighed. Of course they are going to play 'what relative you are.' "I'm all the family he has."
