GENESIS’ POV
I have grown thin from the time the Queen told me that Theon left to take care of something in land. All this scary thought of him reuniting with his ex-girlfriend clouded my mind. I kept waiting on the gates for him to come back but it was all in vain. I felt bad knowing that he might touch her and even met with her.
I loved Theon so much and the reason as to why I never wanted to talk to him after Alex got killed is because I knew that he would have done better to protect my best friend. To add salt to the injury, I had, had a fight with Alex before he died. We were best friends we were supposed to die together. All this thoughts brought tears to my eyes. I felt like someone was stabbing my heart with a very sharp sword and the pain from that was very much intense.
