Ravanan

Chapter -5

"Let go of me,you monkeys!" , Bindhu screamed while she was being dragged by Ravanan's men. She was carried to the top of the waterfall mountain and someone untied her hands behind her back. Bindhu stood in her feet and gazed at all the blood thirty men standing in front of her . She felt something bad is about to happen . She heard a grazing sound at her left side and caught someone sharpening the trident's edges. All the blood stained in the trident were gone and the weapon glistened in direct sunlight .

The person then carefully handed the trident to Ravanan . He started to swing the trident single handedly without any effort and pierced the ground with the other end of the trident. With its bottom buried in the ground, the trident stood straight in the ground .His sitting resembled Lord Shiva-The god of destruction. Ravanan observed the spear's sharpness and asked," Any last words, sheep ?".

Bindhu and Ravanan gawked at eachother without any words.

Bindhu stated that they cannot kill her with a crystal clear eyes and pressed her feet against the ground and grinded her teeth with determination. This made everyone to burst out of laughter. " You will die for your his(Ragav) sins", a man claimed. "Why are you waiting Ravana? Cut open her belly " , Kaali yelled .Yet Ravanan stood there without any reaction ,still staring at Bindhu's eyes.

"I'm not going to die hereeee.... ", Bindhu screamed and launched the stones towards them.

" Aah..Stop that stupid girl ", everyone crawled back. The trident torn through the air and penetrated Bindhu's right hand.

With a big groan Bindhu collapsed.

" Now you believe you are going to die right ? ", Ravanan walked towards Bindhu.

" Not at all. I'm going to kill you all ", she tried to remove the blood stained trident from her hand. But the weapon was too deep.

Ravanan saw her eyes were burning with strong determination and will to live. He removed his trident from her hand and pointed it towards her throat. But he wasn't sure to kill her. Suddenly moved back and accidentally slipped from the falls.

Kaali approched Ravanan, grabbed his collars and asked,"What happened to you ? You did you hesitate. Have you lost your mind ? "

Raj slapped kaali's hand and said," Stop your meaningless fight! Her head would have already been smashed against the rocks. Let's leave now....We can dispose her body by morning." Everyone started to move into the forest while Ravanan went near the edge of the waterfalls.
