A long saber toothed animal woke from its deep sleep due to the noise . He stepped out of the cave majestically as if it was his own territory. He had a muscular body with a huge forelimbs and a tail that was half of his own size. His body was entirely covered with yellow, white and black strips and fur. He was 10 ft tall and his weight was around 200 kg . If anyone noticed his appearance and royal walk, they would misconstrue that he was the real king of the forest. It was a fully grown blood thirsted tiger. "This forest is a nightmare", Bindhu yelled without knowing there were even more nightmare waiting for her. The forest became even more silent and she felt like she was being watched for some reason. She scrutinized around the forest. She saw a yellow eyes gazing from a distance of 15 feet away . It was well hidden in the bushes . At first glance she thought it was a monkey and turned around to take her stick. when she looked again, the bushes were empty and now those eyes were at a distance of 10 feet away slowly gaining on her. The owner of those eyes had a yellow and white colored tail and a vertically striped body. She lost all of her senses for a moment and let out another huge scream and she tried to stand on her feet but her broken leg refused and she began to move backwards with her hands while keeping an eye over the animal . Now the tiger understood the situation and charged at her with full speed . Another beast speedily ran towards the scream from northeast of the forest. The tiger pressed his feet strongly on the ground and leaped with his claws streched out and directed his tooth towards her tenderous white throat. Stunned with shock, Bindhu covered her face and closed her eyes tightly. A naginata consists of a wooden or metal pole with a curved single-edged blade on the end pierced through the tiger's front leg and pinned it in the ground. The wounded tiger groaned in pain. Bindhu slowly opened her round brown coloured eyes . She saw a hand removing a 7 ft long pole with a sharp blade at its apex. Its Ravanan who came all the way down to ensure whether Bindhu is alive or dead and the weapon he wielded wasn't a trident. The enraged tiger leaped again ,but this time it aimed for Ravanan's air pipe . Ravanan pushed the tiger's body by hitting it in the sideways with the other side of the naginata and the tiger's body landed on the ground. He constantly gyrated his weapon at 360 ° and shoved it into the tiger's belly and the helpless tiger lied dead on the ground with a heavy and deep groan. It didn't even take a minute to kill a 10 feet long tiger for him. Bindhu was blood frozen on seeing him killing a fully grown adult tiger at its prime with just two strikes. She wondered which one was the true beast.
