MET BY ACCIDENT

FIRST DAY MEETING

CONGRATULATIONS..... YOU ARE HIRE BY THE BOSS HIMSELF. HE THINKS THAT YOU ARE PERFECT TO BE HIS SECERETARY. YOUR OFFICE TIMING WILL BE 10.00 AM TO 6.00 PM AND YOU CAN JOIN FROM TOMORROW. SALARY WILL BE DECIDED BY THE TOMORROW. 

with a firm handshake he left and I also left.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Its already 9... I shouted as soon as I wake up. I hurriedly went to the bathroom and did my business. I took a quick bath and went straight to office without having breakfast. My mom shouted from behind......... Have your breakfast first.... But I have to go...Taxi... Taxi.... a taxi stoped...... could you take me to ASA TECHNOSOFT. This company is a well known Company in our area so the driver knows the address. At 10:10 I got there. I said good morning to the receptionist and went straight to the room no. 4 as Avinash told me yesterday that my cabin's room no. is 4. where I will work... 

I stepped inside and noticed that it a very lavish room with a lot of other expensive things. It doesn't look like an office cabin... but more like a room of wealthy person who likes to spend a a lot. I looked carefully around the room and breathed a sigh of relief. I see there is a spotless table with two beautiful leather chair on one side and a bigger leather chair on the other side. A nameplate placed on the table with the name ADARSH SINGH AHUJA, CEO. Oh! I immediately understands that I am in a wrong cabin and it must be the CEO'S cabin and his name is Adarsh.... I still don't know what he looks like as I have never met him or what kind of person he is etc.... A stack of files is beside the name plate... a pen holder, a small yet cute photo frame..... I don't know whose photo is there, I cant see as I am standing at the rare end of the table. There is also a small fridge that is also very appealing. An aquarium which is in size of a swimming pool in which there are varieties of fish along with 4 Platinum Arowana . The cost of One Platinum Arowana is approximately $430,000  and he has 4 of them.. May be he  really likes Fish or may be he has that much money to waste on fishes. There is also a king size wooden sofa, and a beautiful window behind it... There must be a beautiful view from that window. I admired all the things that is in the cabin and suddenly  heard a dusky voice from behind ........ 

YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR PERMISSION BEFORE ENTERING MY CABIN MISS. EETI.

I looked back and saw a tall, well dressed man is standing in front of me with no expression on his face... I didn't notice when he entered the cabin but I can say by his appearance that he is ADARSH and the CEO of this company who Hired me yesterday. s**t I am in trouble.... the only thing I can think at that time......

He starts walking towards me, then go to sit on that big leather chair. He picked up a file from the stack on the table and started turning pages of the file and continued ........... I KNOW IT IS YOUR FIRST DAY..... YOUR CABIN IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR, ROOM NO. 4. I WILL SEND SOMEONE TO YOUR CABIN WHO WILL TEACH YOU YOUR WORK. HERE IS THE FILE OF CURRENT PROJECTS GOING ON IN THE COMPANY. I AM ADARSH AND YOU WILL BE MY SECRETARY FROM NOW ON. 

Handing me the file he has picked he signaled me go out of his cabin. I took the file and started to walk towards the exit... when he called my name again.... MISS. EETI... IT IS YOUR FIRT DAY TODAY AND YOU WERE TEN MINUTES LATE........ 

I immediately apologies, I am sorry SIR, Actually I was............. I was about to give an excuse but he stopped me saying I HOPE YOU WILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN. I HATE LATE COMERS. Also YOUR SALARY WILL BE AROUND 60K/MNTH PLUS INCENTIVES. YOU CAN GO NOW. 

I can say by his behavior that he don't like anyone to come to his cabin. I left the room with a file and went to my cabin that is on the first floor room no. 4. It is just a simple Small cabin with two chairs and a table. Few files, A pen holder, A paper weight, A landline and A system is placed on the table. There is a small couch in my cabin which I like very much and a window behind that couch. I love that there is also a window... I really like windows. I put my bag on the couch and the file on the table that Adarsh gave me. I switched on the desktop placed on my table and started turning pages of that so that I can understand what is it but is was of no use. After few minutes A girl came to the room and greet me with a smile.....Hello! You are EETI... The new secretary!.. she asked

Hello Yes I am Eeti! I said... 

I am Ritika, Vice manager of this company, I am here  to explain to you what you are going to do her as a secretary....

Okay... I am eager to learn new things,... I said... 

She picked a chair and placed it beside me before sitting on it... she started explains about her company's policies and the work they do....... AS YOU KNOW WE DEALS WITH LEADING MNC's & Industrial Conglomerate's GLOBALLY. THERE ARE A LOT MEETINGS THAT OUR SENIORS HAVE TO ATTEND. Your work here is to answering phone calls that is for CEO as he is much more busy to attend calls of anyone. you need to Organize and distribute any message that the CEO has to send to any of his client or to his employees. You will organize all the documents and files that can be needed in any meeting in future. Also you will be Greeting business clients and guests, Scheduling meetings and conferences, Assisting executives with project tasks, Coordinating with other organizations also you have to give presentations to the other companies. And the most important thing is you have to do whatever the CEO told you to do. IN SHORT YOU WILL BE THE VOICE OF CEO. Do you understand? I can repeat if you want ... she said politely..... 

OH! No no.. I understand... I am just amazed that I landed this job... this easily.......  she smiles and continues ....... You will learn a lot of things here and don't worry about the work load... if any problem arises you can contact me although i cannot help you with your work but I will try my best. Treat me as your friend........... she said.

She then took me to meet all the staff members of the office. HELLO EVERYONE! She is EETI... the new secretary of the CEO and also your everyone's senior. 

I said hello to everyone. My day went like this learning all the work that I have to do and meeting all the employees..... Everyone seems so friendly and helping in nature. I am happy to be here.

At around 6:10 pm Ritika called me and said I can go home as it is  my first day. I didn't ask any question to her because I am really tired and want to go home.

At 6:30 I took a taxi and went straight to my residence....... I am really Hungry as I didn't eat for a whole day.... I had my dinner and after following my skin care routine, I went to sleep. It feels like heaven here in a warm blanket.
