MET BY ACCIDENT

CHAPTER 1 THE FATAL ACCIDENT

Alright everyone be ready we are going for another round…. DEVRAT ordered (Devrat is a 35 years old bachelor and also a very famous Kathak dance teacher at the academy where I go. He is like a friend to me). After his command everyone started to prepare for practice but I was not in a state of practice anymore. I growl in frustration at Devrat from behind, you know we are all tired of the practice how can you just say be ready for another round. He didn’t reply and turns to face me. He gives me a smirky smile and signaled to get lost.

Everyone started practicing while I went to the terrace where I always goes whenever I am tiered, exhausted or sad. That terrace was my ideal spot to calm my mind as it was at the 10th floor of the building. Everything is quiet there. It was Thursday 3 of December. I was at the terrace where the birds twittered, feeling the wind, I was totally in the moment and suddenly a girl screams her lungs out for Help! I returned to my senses by that scream and turn back just to see two girls arguing. One of them crying and telling Diksha(another girl) plz.. leave me alone I didn’t do anything. Your relationship was with my brother. LEAVE ME… It will ruin my whole life.

Diksha Laughed at her and said that she will ruin his whole family and that you are the dearest to him so, I will ruin you too. She has a vicious smile on her face with a bottle of some acidic liquid in her hand. I didn’t know both of them but I totally understand the situation and went to help that crying girl. Before I can say anything, that crying girl held my hand and begged for help. I can sense her fear and pain just by her face. I have already seen some acidic stuff in the other women’s hand so I know that I cannot win her in that situation in case she threw it on me. So, decided to maintain my distance from her and ask that crying girl to stay away from her too.

In a blink of an eye we both were at the corner of terrace and Diksha is laughing, telling me to f**k off as I am not the one who did any harm to her. She was really giving me a chance to leave the situation. That crying girl was shivering from fear.  It was a do or die situation. By the scene I can say that Diksha was there to pour that acidic stuff on the crying girl, it is a crime she was going to commit a crime. I still don’t know the reason but I decided not to go. I don’t know from where I got the courage but I was able to hammer down that liquid from Diksha’s hand with getting any harm. When se see that acid on the floor of the terrace she went crazy and run to me, that crying girl interrupt and shouts at me to run away. Diksha held my hairs tight and threw me to the wall, I started bleeding heavily from my nose but she was still not satisfied and again wanted to threw me on wall but that crying girl held her hand tightly, I tried my best to get out of her hold too but it was useless. We were telling Diksha to leave us but she was in a rage of anger where she was unable to listen to anyone. After few minutes of fighting together at the corner of the terrace I started to feel little dizzy. Diksha then threw me at the railing of the terrace where I could not hold myself and fell from there.

The moment I fell everything went quiet and slow. I started to realize that may be today is my last day on earth as I am falling from the 10th floor. I can see that crying girl standing there and still crying her lungs out. Diksha who was the reason of every unfortunate incidents today hurriedly walk away from the spot. Suddenly I hit the ground hard… My can barely open my eyes but I can feel the blood oozing out of my head. I can feel the pain in my left leg, my ribs, my right shoulder and my body was shivering. I was laying there helplessly waiting for my death then suddenly I started to feel someone’s hands on me. I slowly opened my eyes to see who it was. It was her that crying girl she was continuously saying sorry I thought she will take me to the hospital but then she something unexpected….
