Jenessa's POV:

Halloween was this week and today the French project was due. It has been an eventful few weeks, Levi and I have gotten a bit closer, or at least I thought we did. Olivia was showing interest in Chase, one of Levi's teammates, and Jermaine had been more friendly than usual lately.
"No matter what grade we get, I'm still proud of our work," Emily said to me.
I nodded.
I passed all my quizzes and assignments for all my classes. I have an essay due next week for English though.
We entered French class together. Olivia was already seated next to Jessie, who looked like she couldn't wait for all this to be over.
"Hey, these are you," Jermaine handed me a small gift bag.
