Chapter 11 The Fae King

Axel’s POV

After Selene gave us a kiss on the cheek we were both on cloud nine. I never would have imagined that a simple act like that could make me run wild but it did. I know Asher felt the same you couldn’t wipe the smug smile he had on his face. As for Selene she remained oblivious of how much we were falling in love with her, we pulled up to the parking garage

The omegas had already been informed of Selene’s shopping trip by me so they greeted us at the door waiting to help put everything away in her quarters. It was my turn to help her out of the car and her soft tiny hands grabbed my rough hand. She thanked the omegas respectfully for there services and we all walked inside I checked the time and it was just about to be noon. “Can you do me a favor Asher?” She said shyly

“Yeah what is it?” Asher questioned

“Can you have lunch sent up to my room so I can get ready for the meeting?”

“Of course anything for you” he said looking down at her she smiled softly and walked away we watched as she retreated my wolf howled in sadness that his mate has just left “It’s okay chaos she’s not going far” I try to comfort him

“Lucky bastard your doing the first favor for our mate” i muttered Asher chuckles “it’s just lunch it’s no big deal” he says with a smirk

“You say that now but she felt comfortable enough to ask you for something she hasn’t asked us for anything” I mumbled, he looked lost in thought and he broke out in laughter

“Are you seriously jealous she asked me for a favor?” He questioned i scoffed, I didn’t give him the satisfaction of answering his question.

I left him laughing so hard he was almost crying I retreated back to my chambers to get ready for this meeting with the Fae king he should be arriving any minute now.

Selene’s POV

I went back to my room and decided it was time to get ready for this meeting, since the Fae king is coming I wonder if he’s bringing his youngest son Trevor with him, my dad and the fae king frequent often so I get to see his son that is my age a lot, I remember the last time we went to there kingdom me and Trevor snuck out, we ended up going to a club and had a few drinks, it’s been about 6 months since that night so I’m really excited to see him again. I jump in the shower quickly lathering myself in a vanilla shampoo that’s in here, I wrap myself in a baby blue towel and walk back into the room.

I brushed out my long hair, loving the feeling of how soft and smooth my blonde hair felt, i looked in the mirror and I just couldn’t decide what to do with it today. I peaked my head out the door and spotted a friendly girl “Hi excuse me?” The girl whipped her head around and smiled gently at me “Yes princess how can I help you?”

“Can you ask Luna Amelia if she has a curling iron I can borrow?” She chuckles softly nodding her head, in less then a second Luna Amelia was at my door with all kinds of styling tools and hair products “Oh gosh I didn’t need this many things” I chuckle “when Clarissa told me you were going to curl your hair I couldn’t help it can I assist you in curling it ?” I smiled

The next hour was spent getting me ready for the meeting, Luna Amelia and me decided I should curl my hair and leave it down cascading down my back. I threw on a white maxi dress I bought and paired it with my white heels. “You look gorgeous my dear” Luna Amelia gushed

“Thank you Luna” I said shyly

she chuckled “It’s Amelia to you my dear there’s no need for formalities” she hugged me tightly I embraced her hug for awhile . I pulled away slightly and we walked out together arms intertwined together

We made it to the meeting hall a big room with a wide conference table in the middle.

one wall was lined with portraits of maps and old scriptures, we walked into the room I could hear everyone talking and chuckling, the room fell silent. I locked eyes with the twins there eyes heavily boring into me they looked at me like I was the last women on earth, I rolled my eyes at there attention not wanting them to know I secretly liked it. They chuckled lowly at my eye roll. Dad came over and enveloped me in a hug “You look beautiful my daughter” I smiled up at him “Thank you dad”

Someone cleared their throat to the left of me I whipped my head around and I realized it was Trevor and The Fae King Valor my eyes widened, I gasped . I pulled away from my father and jumped into Trevor’s arms “I missed you” he said in my ear, he held me tightly lifting me off the ground. That’s when all hell broke loose!
