“Mostly canary serenades the vocal cord. Seems like a cat did that job this time,” he chuckled slightly, teasing me.
“I saw a canary too…” I said, keeping my gaze fixed on the grass. “… as a healing partner of a shape shifting serpent.”
God knows why I was telling him that.
