It was impossible to keep the news hidden from Kendrick. He was more than angry. Pretty sure, he didn't care about the wellbeing of Oksana. He cared for the reputation of his pack. Very possibly, he was upset with the pack's reputation. It made news already in the packs that councilmen had paid a visit to our pack house.
I replied icily, not giving him a chance to see through the truth,
" I killed Alpha Eric. It's the truth!"
