Benjamin was silent after listening to my words. I thought that he would be mad at Oksana but he was wordless. He broke the silence in a grateful voice, leaving me stunned for a moment,
" But she did save us, Don. She had no choice but to use that stone. They almost killed her. She saved us all. I hope that you don't blame her."
I laughed in disbelief, lightening up the cigarette,
" You are taking her side? I can't believe it, Benjamin. You are taking the side of that woman who didn't obey you and threw our organization in danger?"
Benjamin exhaled heavily. He replied after taking a step forward,
