ISABEL'S POV I didn’t know how long I had been unconscious, but when I opened my eyes, I was lying on the cold cement floor of the cell. The damp air hit my face, along with the smell of blood and rotting flesh, and I coughed hard. My eyes slowly moved around my surroundings, and it took me a moment to remember where I was and how I ended up here. The underground dungeon. I was back in Blood Moon territory. The dim light flickered from the hallway, casting shadows across the walls. I tried to move, but my body refused, every nerve firing in agony.
