The loud shriek and cries echoing from the carriage got the attention of Alfred and the adventurers. They thought some noble family was inside, but the cries coming from the child were far from normal, the bloody ground was shaking. They were felt something wry, but before they could say something to Alfred about the situation, they noticed the gleaming smile across his face, it was blinding.
"He is finally awake… "as Alfred bolted for the carriage with the others following behind him, he opened the door of the carriage and saw one of the maid servants hold the prince in her arms while gently soothing him. It was the first time he saw anyone else other than himself hold the prince in any matter. It was not surprising for him to see that the one of the maids had finally done their job and didn't run away. He knew of the other servant that escaped while the fight occurred. He remembered the names of everyone that had come along the caravan of His Highness, so he was ready to inform his father about the traitors and their actions. What he did not expect was these two sisters to remain, the youngest seemed as if she were guarding the door, which surprised him, but the tune the eldest sister was humming was similar to the lullaby his mother would sing him. That very tune was known for mothers to sing their ailing kids, especially during winter, commoners would die in great numbers due to lack of food and shelter. it wasn't uncommon for nobles to sing the same lullabies to their children so over time it became a song all mothers would sing to their children at some point in their lives and it would be passed to the next generation and so on.
Liz was mercifully humming the lullaby without a care of her surroundings, all that mattered to her was this son of hers. Her mighty son, whose cries made the earth tremble. Her gaze was glued to the boys multi-coloured eyes, his left a crimson red that's aura felt freeing, while the right eye radiated a holy golden aura that felt oppressive, but these eyes felt as gentle as the oceans breeze to Liz. Her son would be amazing, she just knew it, all she had to do was be by his side and protect this child.
Alfred just watched Liz, her smile, her eyes, her entire being was focused on his highness. A mother's love for her child was on display. His smile widened by Liz actions, he expected her to take this role on. He was originally worried that he would not be a suitable father figure for the prince, he was worried he would negatively affect the prince because he felt lacking in his own abilities but seeing Liz he felt at ease.
Before Zio could ask who the dame or the screaming kid was, Alfred kneeled and passionately said with grace.
"For he, that was born as the true successor of the Kros Empire, abandoned by the world to a forgotten land. Today you are reborn, from now on you will be the one that will rule the Plano Ranges, the future King that will shake the world as you did today on your rebirth.
I, Alfred Aleister, shall serve and protect His MAJESTY BENEDICT TEUKROS WITH ALL MY MIGHT" as the more he spoke, the more Alfreds face moved closer to the ground until he was kowtowing, screaming from the top of his lungs, forgetting he was addressing a malnourished child and not a full-grown man. Before he could continue his monologue, Roth slapped the back of Alfreds head, whose deadly stare was about to destroy these adventurers for stopping his praise of his great lord, he noticed them all kneeling. Before he could question what was happening.
"I don't wanna stop that praise of His Highness, but why you shouting so loud? You wanna make him deaf?"
For Alfred, his highness had just been through 9 months trial of life and death. His praising would do nothing to his mighty highness. Before Alfred could rebuttal for stopping him over a stupid issue, Zio nonchalantly spoke "Hey Alfred, why did you name him Teukros, you know that names given to banished royals right?"
Immediately Alfreds simmered down, his eyes lost that deadly stare they had before, he was embarrassed to say that was all that came to his mind. 'what the hell, why are they so picky. How the hell was I supposed to give him a better name. this name based on the empire's laws.'. He was about to suggest his last name, but Zio beat him to it and announced the new name would be Zion. Everyone immediately disagreed, voicing their own names and pleading loyalty. Even if they had just met the travelling caravan, witnessing Alfreds ability and the fact one does not impersonate nobles unless they want their entire family and friends and their families to be burned at the stake, so they knew it was the real deal. They had heard the news of the prince being sent to the Plano ranges to recuperate from a sickness, however they had also heard the rumours as well. The following announcement that the Emperor would recede the region to the prince.
I
n the Capital it was assumed once he arrived in Alynthn, or predominantly know as the haven of adventurers, the young prince would remain in small villa until he soon passed away. The announcement of the emperor gifting the region to the Prince ruined many plans of the nobles, who were eyeing the land, hoping to extort the adventurers in Alynthn, but they knew that the strong backing of the adventurers would exterminate them in retaliation without a second thought.
While the withering rose members and Alfred fought over the name, they were silently happy they were not chased off by Alfred anymore and even the little maid, sister Agatha was suggesting her name, even saying things like shield, sword, which sparked another round of heated battle over more and more audacious word. At one point, Lue, one of the younger members of withering rose, suggested the name withering, which led to Alfred saying it was depressing. Suddenly, he was opposed by the entire group saying the name Teukros was depressing, leaving Alfred pouting complaining to Liz he was being treated harshly.
"My Lady, I do not believe you are His Highness mother and to be honest… I can feel your intention to be his mother. I do not oppose that for his highness, but I am swearing my loyalty to his highness. I hope you will not abuse the authority you will have rewarded to you." Allat, stepped forward to meet Liz eyes, hoping to figure out her motives, but all he could feel from the depth of her eyes was love and passion. He still felt something wry, he felt this maid was using the prince to move herself up in station. He decided no matter what he would stick by her side and the moment she slipped he would bring her crimes to the princes and remove her from his side.
While Allat was thinking away about protecting the prince, the others were close to beating him, they were all thinking about how she dismisses them from being near the prince, as they hadn't noticed her status as a maid or her relation to Agatha.
"Sir Allat, as you have vowed to serve and protect his highness, I also wish to serve and protect his highness. I know I am not his mother, but I hope to fill that role just a little. If you feel I ever abuse any power, please step forward and protect the king from me" Liz gently spoke as she poked the cheeks of the prince who was staring at her, quietly in her arms.
"I hope that you can end this dispute then My lady of names" Lue spoke out, frustrated with his names being criticized, he wanted a solution. No, he was demanding it. While, Liz thought about the names silently, the others sharpened their eyes on Liz, hoping their suggested name would be chosen, she looked at the prince and thought about the vents so far for the little prince. Suddenly a name came to her, with a bright smile and a motherly kiss, she spoke the name… that very name that would bring fear to his enemies, hoping to never come face to face again while others would praise the name that would change the world and bring a new era of change.
"His name, High Royal Highness, Benedict Khadraazil, the one that has face death and been reborn".
Stunned by the choice of name, the digested what was said by Liz, feeling the name respected their Lord's journey so far. Only one of the brothers of the withering rose, Drav, the moment he heard Lady Liz name for the prince, he froze, his mind was in shambles, all that was playing through his dead was his grandfather's last words, 'If you ever meet someone called Khadraazil, serve them will all your heart and soul, for we serve the a-' unable to complete what he wanted to tell his grandson, he passed away before he could completely say the truth of his family lineage, but even so, Drav understood and remember those remaining words, kept them deep in his heart, to always be out for someone with that kind of name, but hear the lady had just name the prince that very name. Drav was having a mental breakdown trying to piece it puzzle together in his mind while one of the brothers began to eat through Dravs rations.
While the commotion around the princes name was going on and about their next plans of travel to Alynthn, the young prince was a mental breakdown from the endless notifications appearing across his vision, it felt like his brain was being stabbed by needles. While struggling to deal and understand what they all meant and what had occurred to him, the latest notification sent a powerful energy through his mind, body and soul, affect the system as well greatly. You would think he would be happy, but no…

Everyone else looking at baby Benedict POV
"MMMMMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!"
As they tried to calm down the prince, with some arguing the name was a terrible suggestion and it made the prince cry, which nearly led to Drav battling his brothers in defense of the name. in the end they thought the prince was hungry as he had no proper meal since he was born, so they continued onto the nearest town for rest and to feed the prince before the final push to Alynthn. While everyone merrily enjoyed their travels, benedict was still trying to digest all that occurred, especially the endless list of notifications that were ever present in his vision. He was trying to grasp anything, thinking was happening around him was fake, that was until he thoroughly began to understand the system, certain things began to unravel in his mind leading to another massive headache and screaming.
