Barbara opened her eyes to find the room still cloaked in darkness. She looked toward one of the windows to see that dawn was just beginning to lighten the edges of the curtains.
She allowed her eyes to adjust and was pleased to see that the men were still sleeping on either side of her. She needed to get up and start breakfast.
She crawled over the covers toward the end of the bed and slipped onto the floor. Searching for clothes in the dark had her making a mental note to lay out her clothes the night before from now on. Without making a sound, she tiptoed into the bathroom and closed the door before turning on the light to clean up and dress.
The bathroom in her husbands house still gave her a shock. She had never had both a shower and a huge tub before. She had shared a bathroom
