visions of the Ancients.

The team gathered around each other, trying to make sense of the visions they had seen. "What did we just see?" Sophia asked, her voice barely above a whisper. "I don't know," Elianore replied, shaking his head. "But I think it was some kind of ancient ritual. I saw people in old clothes, performing some kind of ceremony." "I saw something similar," Hawk said. "But I also saw a city, buried under the sand. I think it was the lost city." Maya's eyes were fixed on the ground, her mind racing. "I think I know what it means," she said. "I think the visions are a map, a guide to the lost city." The team's eyes widened as they turned to Maya. "A map?" Sophia repeated. "What kind of map?" "I think it's a map of the city's secrets," Maya said. "I saw symbols and markings that looked like they were pointing to different locations." The team nodded, determination etched on their faces. "We need to find the figure," Elianore said. "We need to get more answers." As they decided to leave the cave and search for the figure, the air seemed to grow colder. The team's flashlights cast eerie shadows on the walls, making it seem like they were being watched. "I'll try to track the figure," Maya said, her voice firm. "You guys stay close, and let's move quietly." The team nodded, following Maya out of the cave. As they walked, the darkness seemed to press in around them. They heard strange noises, like whispers in the wind. Suddenly, Maya stopped, her head c****d to one side. "Do you hear that?" she whispered. The team listened, and soon they heard it too - the sound of footsteps, echoing through the darkness. "It's the figure," Elianore whispered. "I think it's following us." The team quickened their pace, their hearts pounding in their chests. But as they turned to look, they saw something that made their blood run cold. The figure was standing right behind them, its eyes glowing with an otherworldly light. "Run," Maya whispered, grabbing the team's arms. They took off, sprinting through the darkness. But the figure was gaining on them, its footsteps getting closer and closer. As they ran, the team stumbled, their feet tangling in the rocks. They fell, skinning their knees and elbows. But they didn't stop. They kept crawling, desperate to get away from the figure. As they reached a narrow crevice, Maya pushed them through, following close behind. They collapsed on the other side, gasping for breath. But as they looked back, they saw the figure's face, its eyes burning with an intense energy. "We're not safe yet," Maya whispered, her voice trembling. The team nodded, knowing that they had to keep moving. But where were they going? And what lay ahead?
