Well, it's been half an hour that the elders were hearing only the sound of a clock, which is used to know the timing of Paris.
But, the looks on their faces were worst. They looked at each other and then gave a hard glare to their kids, who were busy in talking with each other and reading something, who were sitting on the floor.

And the kids snapped their heads at Akash in shock while the elderly men simply rolled their eyes. This was so common, for them..!!
