SHYLY, SHE went to the town were the banquet feast was being held. She calm all of her nerves, well that was her first kiss because she was busy handling the company and she doesn't have anytime to flirt.
She was still holding the dress that Zerzus made, when she saw Zerzus she called his name, "Zer!"She said as she went to his way to give back the gown.
"No, it's already yours."He insisted on giving it to her but she shook her head and smile.
"I'm a servant and I don't deserve this gown if the other servant will saw this, they will definitely feel bad and insecure, much more they will bully me. Besides, you already give me a necklace and a bracelet so it's fine. I'm already contented with this. Thank you so much."She said as she smiled at him.
Zerzus sigh as he accept the gown, "Guess I have no choice but to accept this."
She chuckled, "Thank you."
"Welcome. Anyways, I gotta go or else I'll be found out death in the hallway. Ciao."He said as he ran away together with the gown leaving Zelia with curiousity.
She was about to leave when the Emperor spoke,"Where are you going?"He asked in a cold tone.
She turn around to face him before she answer him, "I'm going to see the other performances."She said.
"Oh. Follow me."He said and started jumping through the ceiling, and Zelia was following him.
ZELIA was enjoying the view up above the ceiling, they are already at the town yet Zelia choose to look at them from above that's why the Emperor came up with the idea that they'll use the ceiling of each houses as their own floor so that they can watch the program in a better way.
The Emperor was also sitting next to her while they were watching the people on the South Town, enjoying the banquet party. A lot of people were dancing, singing and also performing like spewing some fire from their mouth.
"Did you already remember my name?"The Emperor starts talking while looking at Zelia who was busy watching the people.
She shook her head before she answered, "I haven't. Why can't you just say it directly to me?"
He sighed, "I just want you to remember it on your own."
"Oh... okay, I'll just call you by your name if I can recall your name."She said.
She already know that she can't recall his name because she's not from this era and they haven't meet before. She's from the modern world while he's in this era, on top of that he's an Emperor.
If ever that he's having a feelings for her, she knows that the feelings that he has isn't for her but for the owner of the body that she has now. Even though the woman in this Era, which happened to be the body that she used as she got reincarnated is the same built and the same shape of her own body in her modern world.
She doesn't need to investigate about her situation about being reincarnated even though reincarnation is just a mere fantasy and illusion which can't never be happened but the reincarnation that they were talking about actually happened to her which is very weird at the same time cool.
'No matter what happens, either the Emperor has a feelings for this woman I will reject it since I'm not her... I'm not the one whom he actually likes. Tho, this is still my guess based on the affection that he always give to this woman although I'm not the woman whom he really cares about.' Zelia though as she let a loud sigh.
"Is something bothering you?"The Emperor asked made her shake her head.
"No, no, there is none."She deny.
"You're breathing heavily, it's like you are worried about something."He said.
She smile at him, "Don't worry, I'm fine. I'm just a little tired and I want to go to my room."She said.
The Emperor stood up, "Okay, then let's go home."He said as he took out his hands as a gesture to lend her a hand to stand up.
Zelia accept his hand as she stood up, "Okay. Let's go." She said as she took off her hand which was on his as soon as she stand up.
"Raves, Mae."The Emperor called there name but in just a second, they were already in front of them.
Zelia couldn't help but to be amazed at their abilities.
"Have you two prepared the royal carriage?"He asked and the two of them nodded their heads before they both answered in unison, "Yes, Your Majesty."
"Good. Let's go, Zelia is already tired and he wants to go to her room."The Emperor said and the two of them didn't said anything but just nodded their head and guide the way to were the carriage was located.
As soon as they were already in front of the red, big size carriage, the Emperor escort Zelia to the carriage. As soon as Zelia already enters the carriage, The Emperor and Raves and Mae, follower by.
The two of them, namely Raves and Mae sat together with the opposite direction of both of them. Meaning, the Emperor and Zelia was sitting right at each other.
Zelia can't help but to yawned as her foot was starting to numb just by walking and jumping as well. She's still not kind of used to her new body, the body was weak and doesn't well-trained while the her body in the past was much way more trained, and it doesn't get exhausted easily.
"You can sleep on my lap."The Emperor suggested but she shook her head as a disagreement while trying her best to stay awake.
"N-No thanks, Your Majesty. A mere servant does not deserve any of your kindness."Zelia said while closing her eyes yet trying the hardest to feel awake while just closing her eyes.
Zelia is always good in fighting and never in her life that she was defeated, she will always win but one thing that she couldn't win against with... that is fighting with her own sleepiness.
But the Emperor wouldn't take 'no' as for an answer that's why he gently grabbed her neck and put her head on his lap, at exactly when she was on his lap, she fell asleep so soundly.
THE EMPEROR look at Zelia who was sleeping peacefully at his lap. Reves cleared his throat at what he saw, he only saw His Majesty as a merciful and a ruthless one, he didn't know that he has this soft and gentle side with him. Though, his soft and gentle side was only shown for Zelia.
"Your Majesty, do you like Zelia?"Mae asked straightly to the point.
His Majesty's look at Mae with a cold expression, the soft and calm expression was already disappeared as soon as he wasn't looking at Zelia. Mae has this feeling of terror as soon as His Majesty look at her with cold expression
With the scared that she's feeling, she lowered her head, "Forgive me for my insolence, Your Majesty."
The Emperor sigh, "Was it too obvious?"
'Yes, it's to obvious.', "No, Ofcourse not, Your Majesty."She deny because she's afraid that she might be punished for her insolence.
"Are you speaking the truth or the lie?"The Emperor said with a threatening voice with a cold expression.
Mae shivered, "I-I'm s-sorry, Your Majesty f-for lying, p-please d-don't p-punish me."
"I'm not, but if you dare to lie to to me again, you'll find your body without your head."He said making her gulped as she nodded.
"T-Thank you for sparing my life."She said and the Emperor just didn't say anything.
He glance at Zelia who was sleeping and he caress her face, feeling the warmth from her face. The Emperor look at her affectionately, making the two of their jaw dropped but didn't say anything not until the Emperor spoke.
"How's the north?"The Emperor asked. He was asking about the North in their Claw Clan.
Reves answered, "A lot of parents in the North is grieving. Their daughter's is still missing and didn't went back to their houses."
The Emperor sigh, "This is really troublesome. Did you get any information?"
Reves shook his head, "No. I'm afraid that there were no traces left behind. Even I, and Mae can't traces the person who's behind all of this but were still conducting investigation about this matter."
"Okay, just report it to me immediately if you have already found some clues."The Emperor said.
"Yes, Your Majesty."Both of them, Reves and Mae said in unison.
The Emperor didn't said anything about that matter since he's attention was with Zelia, looking at her gently with affectionate and care as he caress her face.
Reves and Mae has the same thoughts. 'His Majesty really love Zelia. So obvious.'
