Josh and I have been driving for about an hour. He told me that he was taking Kyra to his family friend named Damon so he could watch over Kyra while Josh and I go to the Pine Mountain Pack to check on Elijah’s Story. Damon’s house is just two hours away, so not too much further. He did lose his mother but he didn’t need any real help from Josh. I looked into the back seat to see Kyra still sleeping hard. I hope she wakes up soon; I don’t want to leave her at Damon’s house. Kyra is so beautiful, kind-hearted behind her tough skin.
