ALL POWER SNATCHED

Mia woke up at exactly 5":00AM in the morning to hear rustling sound coming from the team meeting room she decided to go and investigate it she took her sword as she sleepily dragged her leg toward the meeting room door then she saw a shadowy figure romaging through the room like it was looking for something, she threw her sword toward the figure, the figure managed to dodge it stepping into the light , it was Damon, Mia was very upset at this point that she shouted "why in the world are you awake at this hour , are you crazy or just psychic or you are just out of your mind because I don't know why you are awake romaging around like a headless chicken , oh gosh you are such a freak "Mia regretted those words immediately it came out of her mouth she tried to apologise but the damage was already done and she felt really guilty for talking to him like that she apologised countless of times but Damon wasn't listening he shoved her aside as he pass beside her and she followed him trying to make things right , Mia followed Damon to a hill overlooking a beautiful water fall , it was very peaceful up there as the water fall mixed up with the morning breeze , Mia sat next to Damon as he looked at the water fall , Mia continued to apologise but then Damon stopped her and coldly said "I know it was kind of weird of me to be romaging through the meeting room but I lost an important gift given to me by my mother she gave up on this same hill and staying here makes me feel close to her so does the necklace but now I have misplaced it and I have to find it " Mia turned around and on instinct she hugged Damon and Damon hugged her back they stayed like that for a while and then Mia placed her head on Damon's shoulders and they both watched the sunset over the water fall it was very beautiful , they slept off in that position and clear in the morning the team were looking for them and found them on the hill in that position and that made the team thought they were dating, back at the team headquarter cindy and Angela kept posturing Mia to spill the beans about what was going on between her and Damon and Mia tried to explain to them that it was nothing but they didn't believe her , Damon had it worse the boys were scolding Damon for not telling them that him and Mia was dating not even giving him chance to talk drake even blasted him to the wall while he was trying to explain to them that nothing was going on between him and Mia but they already thought they were dating then a mission came in saving Mia and Damon from further frustration and the mission was to catch three mysthical items destroying the city and they had to divide into groups , the team made sure Mia and Damon were on the same group and Mia couldn't help but rolled her eyes , the first group consist of flames and Angela while the second group contains cindy, drake and Mike and finally on the last group was Mia and Damon, the first group were to find the mythical item that it shoots out lazers and the second group are to find the item that its zap make someone becomes very weak and on the last group were to find the item that when it zaps someone the person falls in love with the first person at sight , Angela and flames easily found their target and as they tried to grab it the item almost blasted flames but he dodge it just in time and managed to catch the item so did rest of the other team they joyfully returned to the high school not knowing bad news awaiting them as they entered the school gate they saw some of their friends friend lying on the floor helplessly and they all rushed to help they asked what happened and their friends replied that the power snatcher came and snatched all of their power Mia acted all brave and strong and help everyone but after the day is over she made her way to her room and begin to cry tears stream down her face like a flowing river and she buried her face on her hand kneeling on the ground helplessly Damon was passing by at the moment and saw her slightly opened door and as he peeped in he saw that Mia was crying he rushed over helping her up he cleaned her tears off her face and said gently " it was not your fault , you can't protect everybody and for what it is worth not everybody power get snatched the new commer was able to hide during the time the power snatcher came okay " Mia nodded tears still streaming down her face she tearfully said " I should have been there to help them now all my friends power has been snatched and it is all my fault " Damon smiled and dragged her to the water fall and begin to tell jokes till Mia begin to laugh he tried everything to make her laugh and his effort payed off because she later did they both sat down at the hill and Damon brushed a string of hair from Mia's face and said " it was never your fault you weren't even in the school to help and I know you feel bad but everyone in the team also feel bad too even me feel bad too so Don't blame yourself okay it was not your fault it was nobody's fault really and if we finally get the power snatcher we will beat the heck out of him if that is any consolation " Mia laughed and said " you are funny but why are you always so distant from everyone , no offence but I always thought that you were as cold as ice , I meant a week ago if anyone told me you were funny I will tell them to get themselves checked , no offence " Damon stared at Mia for a while and then smiled " none taken and why I distant myself is because I don't trust anyone , my mum was all I got but then she left me try coming back from that one and when I was little I got betrayed by the people who I never will have taught would hurt me but they sid and it hurt real bad and now I just see everybody as someone I can't trust " Mia looked at Damon and said " everyone including me , wow , you really need to be evolved sometimes and you just need to open up a little bit , it is kind of frustrating how you are always this stuck up freak who everyone is scared to talk to " Damon laughed and so did Mia , Mia stared at the sky and said " it is so beautiful up here " Damon nodded and said " it is always beautiful up her especially in winter and about being evolving I guess I can give it a try because of you but of I get betrayed it is your fault okay " Mia laughed and replied " okay " then they burst out into laughter for the first time in a long time Damon finally felt happy and after they both laughed two of them eyes caught and they kissed , Mia pulled away and rushed away she needed time to clear her head
