Chapter 2: Let’s dance

After about 15 minutes of passing the ball around, the door bell rings following a knock on the door. In walks a woman in her mid to-late 20’s and says “hello, my name is Susie and I am going to be your choreographer”

Karyme stating “well the boys are: Alex, Christian, Julian, Pedro, Jose, and Ricardo” continuing on “the girls are Veronica, Darla, Genesis, and Metzli” everyone says hello to Susie

”okay! Well shall we get started” saying enthusiastically “okay, so follow me this way and we can get started” Susie takes the group to the back years and splits them up in half “okay so Scarlett’s people go on the lefts and Karyme’s people to the right please” The boys are facing back to back, Chris and Julian are on the same side as alex. “Okay is boys can you put your hands on you back please” as they do alex and Julian touch hands. The feeling of Julian’s soft, big hands gazing past alex’s hand gives him a warm tingling sensation through his body. Julian moves forward a little and is followed by

“oh, I’m sorry”

”it’s okay” alex says

“okay alex your partner will be, Metzli” states Susie

”okay, you got it” says alex

as susie teaches everyone the choreography, alex then notices Christian needs some help. When Susie gives everyone a 5 minute break, alex approach’s Christian

“hey sorry, I couldn’t help but notice you needed some help. Mind if I help you you?” alex asks Christian

“Ohh, is it that obvious! And yeah, I don’t see why not” replying back Christian.

alex says while showing the moves “so yeah, it’s 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8”

“i get my part but when my partner dances with me it throws me off. Do you mind dancing her part”

“oh okay, yeah I don’t mind dancing her part”

Alex starts to dance with Christian to help him with the waltz, alex places Christian’s warm, gentle, soft hand into his. As Christian spins alex into his arms for the waltz and alex is pressed against him, then Christian spins alex out gently and not trying to hurt him, as alex spins out Christian quickly pull him back into his arms. Julian watching as they dance together starts thinking to himself *why doesn’t alex ask me to dance with him*

As practice ends everyone start getting picked up from the twins house. Julian is about to leave, before he does he approaches alex

“hey, I’m leaving right now. Would it be weird if I can have your number so I can text you”

“ oh yeah of course, give me your phone and I’ll give you mine and we can exchange numbers” they hand each other their phone type in their number and hand them back to each other “so yeah, now you got my number and can texted me whenever you want to” alex says in a flirtatious voice

Julian responds “okay, I just might. Hahaha” saying in a joking but also flirtatious tone. As Julian leave he says bye to alex last and give him a hand shake, but he doesn’t let’s go right away like Julian was savoring the moment touching the hand of alex.
