Chapter Forty Three   Jackson called for a waiter. Cayden was texting someone on his phone. When he was done he placed his phone at the table and smiled at me.   When the waiter arrived, we ordered first. The waiter left after we placed our orders and so the conversation started.   “How are you, Selena?” Cayden asked.   I smiled at him. “I’m fine, why?” I asked.   “Mr. Davis told me earlier about what happened last night,” Cayden said. “You went home with Travis?” he asked.   I nodded. “I just did that so that Mr. Davis won’t get caught in our problem. Travis won’t leave if I don’t come with him,” I said.
