Chapter Forty Eight
Last day of the exam. I'll be going home after this. Travis would drive me home later.
"Are you really gonna go home today?" Cayden asked. We were in his car. He was driving and we were on our way to school.
I nodded and smiled at him. "Yeah, I have to," I said.
He looked at me with sad eyes. "I am really gonna miss you!" He shouted. He turned to me with a pout on his lips.
I smiled at him. "It would just be for a few weeks, Cayden," I told him.
"I know! But it wouldn't be the same without you!" He lamented. I just laughed at him.
We arrived at the school after a few minutes.
"Is your brother gonna fetch you?" He asked. He was turning his engine off.
