And so, I became her friend after that day.
It was the happiest day of my life. Being her friend and all. But I know I can't just be contented with it. I know I like her more than a friend and as much as I want to take everything slow between us, I know after some time, I will pursue her.
At the party inside the forest, I asked her if she would come. She said she was coming that was why I was also there. It was such a blessing that Cayden was so supportive of me. He was very vocal to me that he likes me for Selena.
And that made me happy. I felt like I have done something to deserve her.
