The Alpha and The Pup

Harry is a werewolf and just took over being Alpha. He still hasn't found his mate after four years and almost gives up hope. But what happens when rogues cross into his land and they get thrown into the dungeons. Will Harry be able to love the little pup that he finds or will he hate him for being a rogue? Harry's POV

I was sitting in my office doing pack work when my beta Liam mind linked me that there were rogues on my land. 

"Liam catch them and throw them in the dungeons and link me when your done and I'll come down." I tell him

"Yes alpha" he says and cuts the link 

I continued to work for about another hour when Liam comes in looking scared.

"What's wrong?" I ask

" Well we caught them. But there is a pup" Liam tells me

"What do you mean pup?" I ask

" Exactly what I'm saying Harry there is a pup down there. He's shaking and scared. I don't think it's right to kill him. He's still young and can be placed with a family" Liam says

" Let's go have a look at this pup" I say

We walk down the halls of my house and run out to the back building that leads to the dungeons. As we walk in a smell something amazing. I shake my head to ignore it and follow Liam to a little cage where the pup is. Just as I see the beautiful white and black pup I stop dead in my tracks. I walk over and open the cage and reach out to the pup. He backs away so I shoot my hand forward and yank him up by the scruff of his neck and he yelps and tries getting away. 

" I'm going to take him home and see if I can get him to shift so we can talk" I tell Liam

He nods and I head back to the house. Once inside I walk in the bathroom and close the door so the pup can't run and I sit him on the floor. 

"Shift back" I say easily

The pup runs over to the corner hiding and I know I'm gonna have to use my alpha tone. 

"Shift back now" my voice booms

He whimpers but his body shifts back without his permission. When I look down I gasp at what I see. There is a young man laying on my bathroom floor that's about 17 years old shaking. 

"What's your name?" I ask him

"L-louis sir" he stutters out

"How old are you?" I ask

"17 sir" Louis tells me

"Why are you so small?" I ask

"L-louis was abused. Not grow no more." He whispers

" Do you know what mates are?" I ask

"Other half" he says looking at me

"very good. Well you are my mate" I tell him

"Please no hurt" he whispers

"I'm not going to hurt you. How about when get you in a bath?" I tell him

He nods shyly and I start up the water in the tub. Once it was full I motion for him to get in and he does. 

"Louis how long have you been a rogue?" I ask

"Was not rogue. Mummy sold Louis" he whimpers

"Alright we can talk more later. Are you potty trained?" I ask

He shakes his head and I sigh.

"Liam" I say in the mind link

"Sup" he says

"Go to the store and buy me some medium size pull ups, a soft fuzzy blanket, a dummy, and a stuffie. Don't ask questions just do it." I tell him

"Ten minutes" he says and cuts the link

I bath Louis off and when I start to wash his hair I notice his wolf ears didn't change back with the rest of his wolf. I brush it off and tell him to stand so I can wash him and that's when I notice his big fluffy drenched tail as well. 

"Love why didn't your ears or tail go away when you changed into your human form?" I ask softly

"L-louis was experimented on. Stuck pointy thingy in me. Now stay wike dis" he says sadly

"Oh baby it's Ok. It just makes you even more cute" I tell him

"Hey Harry here are those things" Liam says waking into the bathroom

"Ah" Louis screams

"Harry what the hell?" Liam shouts

"Liam this is Louis. He is my mate. He was abused and someone he sort of like a hybrid" I tell him

"Why did I buy baby things?" Liam asks

"Louis is potty trained. I think he lived in a cage so that explains a lot. Could you run back out and get clothes?" I ask softly

"Yeah sure. Hey buddy I'm Liam, I'm Harry's friend" Liam says to Louis

"H-hi lili" Louis whispers

"He's so cute. Alright I shall return and I'll pick up food if you would like" Liam says

"Yes please." I say

He nods and gets ready to leave and I speak up

"Hey Li" I say

"Yeah" he says looking at me

"Thank you" I say

" If the situation was reversed you would do the same for me. Besides he cute and I wanna cuddle him so that's why I'm going" Liam says

"Mine" I growl

"I know That" Liam says and leaves

I lean down and lift Louis out of the tub and wrap him in a towel. I stand with him in my arms and grab the bags liam left and head for the bed. I gently lay Louis down and dry him all over. I pull out a pull up and sigh cause I have to cut a hole in the back for his tail. I walk over to my desk and grab some scissors and cut out a hole. I walk back over to Louis to see him sucking his thumb. I pull his thumb out of his mouth and he whimpers and goes to put it back. I pop his thigh and he cries out and tears slide down his face. I then quickly pulled the pull up on him and pull out the blue fuzzy blanket and wrap him in it til Liam gets back. 

"You do not suck your thumb that's icky. Now let's go down stairs and sit on the couch while I go over the rules" i tell him

"Rules?" Louis whispers

"Yes rules. I'm a dominant apart from being alpha. You being my mate makes you my submissive and Luna to the pack" I tell him

I carry him down stairs and sit him on the couch and I plop down and turn to face him.

"So rules.

1- you will call me daddy. But by my name in public

2- no touching yourself. I control your orgasms

3- never leave home without telling me where you are going.

4- never tell me no

5- don't be bratty

6- always ask permission for sweets.

7- bedtime is ten no later

8- never put yourself down.

Do you have any questions?" I ask

"What is a orgasm?" He ask innocently

"Do you know what s*x is?" I ask him

He shakes his head and I sigh and before I could answer Liam comes back in with a bunch of bags a a booster seat. 

" I got the booster seat cause he is small and really doesn't look like he should be without one. Not until he gets his weight up." Liam says

"Thanks Li" I say

"Were you a good boy while I was gone?" Liam asks Louis

"Yes" Louis whispers

I nod at Liam and Liam pulls out a big stuff frog and gives it to Louis.

"Louis have?" Louis says

"Yeah buddy he's all yours. He will keep you company if Harry is busy" Liam says

" How?" I ask Liam

"Dude I'm a daddy Dom. You got yourself a little. He may not realize it but he is innocent as f**k. Bet he doesn't know what s*x is. That one is going to fun to explain. Best bet it let him watch some porn then let him ask questions" Liam tells me

"Alright sounds good." I say

"What is that amazing smell?" Liam asks

Just there there is a knock on my front door and i walk over and answer it. I see Zayn standing there holding onto another boys arm.

"Yes Zayn?" I say

"This rogue keeps asking for Louis. I'm guessing they were together when they were caught" he tells me

"Nailler" I hear Louis whisper behind me

"LouLou tell them I'm not bad." The kid cries

Louis shoots forward and wraps his arms around the kid.

"Back off" Zayn tells Louis

"You drop him this instant" Louis snaps

Zayn eyes go huge and he lets go of the kid. 

"Come on nailler I'm sure Harry has something for you to drink. Liam can you fetch me a wet wash cloth please" Louis says

Liam nods and runs off and comes back. 

"LouLou you left me" nailler says

"Aw I'm sorry bud. But Harry here is apparently my mate. He took me to get me cleaned up" Louis tells Naill

"I don't want to go back there Lou" Naill says

"You won't have to buddy. But for now I need to clean this cut so you don't get sick" Louis says

"Louis I can do it" Liam says

"No" Naill shouts

"Lou he is my mate"Liam says

"Li I somewhat get it but Naill is human he's not like us. He was where I was. He got it a lot rougher than me. He trusts me. But I can help. Go get a bowl of warm water and him something to eat. You are going to feed him while I clean this wound" Louis says

Liam nods and runs off and comes back five minutes later. 

"Naill this is Liam. He is going to feed you" I tell him

"Hi" Naill whispers 

"Hi sweetheart. I made you a sandwich." Liam says

"Tank you" Naill whispers

Liam nods and pulls apart a piece and hold so f to Naill who opens his mouth slowly and takes it. He chews slowly and Louis starts cleaning his wounds. 

"Can I do anything? I ask

"I know the stuff Liam bought was for me but could you run him a hot bath and grab one of everything Li bought me?" Louis asks

I nod and kiss the top of his head and go off to do the task at hand. When I come back Naill was done eating and Louis was done with his wounds. Louis stands and picks Naill up placing him on his hip. Naill tightens his hold on Louis and I smile. 

"Li make up the spare room for you tonight. When I get done I'm putting him to bed then we need to talk" Louis tells Liam

"Sure buddy." Liam says and walks away

Louis POV

I carry Naill to the bathroom and strip him out of the torn boxers he had on and lower him into the hot water. He winces but stays put and I get to washing him quickly. Once done I lift him out and lay him on a dry towel on the floor before grabbing another towel and drying him. Once done I slip a pull up on him and then some jammies. I lift him up again and carry him to the living room where I see Harry and Liam talking. I take a seat and place Naill on my lap and he cuddles into me more. I drape a blanket over him and pop my dummy in his mouth and he drifts off to sleep. 

"Now as you can tell Naill has had a thought life. Like me Niall's family sold him and he ended up with hunters. Naill regressed a lot from his age of 19. He is more like 4 or 5. He does age play but he does have his big moments. Liam I'm telling you this cause for a while I took care of him. He is a lot of work. He is scared for any male to touch him but he is great with females. I guess it's a mother type of thing. I suggest you set up a nursery for him. And a separate big boy room. I know your a daddy Dom but you have to go slow and I mean really slow. Like snail speed. And if you ever hurt him I will remove you throat with my human teeth while smiling." I tell him

"I understand. Could you help me with him for a while? I know you have Harry here to deal with as well and you have your own little space but I need him to trust me and if he sees you trust me maybe he will to" Liam asks

" I will help you. First thing in the morning go buy a care seat for him and we will go from there." I tell him

"Is there anything I can do?" Harry asks

"You could hold of the pack for a while. Til me and Naill get settled at least" I tell him

" I know that. I meant with everything here" he says

"Oh yeah. You could get started on my nursery" I tell him smiling

"Ok. Anything particular you want?" He asks

"I like elephants and giraffe's" I tell him

"What about a Safari theme?" Harry asks

I nod and he smiles and kisses my forehead. Naill starts to whimpers in my arms and I look down at him. 

"Shhh Nailler your fine. Go to sleep bub" I whisper to him

"LouLou I thirsty" he whines

I look at Liam who nods and runs in the kitchen to get a bottle. He comes back and sits by me and I move Naill placing him in Liam's lap and Liam pokes his lips with the bottle n****e.

"Come on baby boy open up for daddy" Liam coos at Naill 

Naill opens up slightly and starts sucking on the bottle. After ten minutes Naill finishes the bottle and Liam sits him up to burp him. 

"LouLou I seep wif you" he asks scared

"What if we all sleep together. Liam here will get money by himself" I tell him

"Lili scared? Naill asks

"Yeah baby" Liam says

"Seep wif you"Naill asks

"Sure come on" Liam says and stands up walking away with a tired Naill

"You did so good with him" Harry says walking back in

"I've been around him long enough to know what he needs."I say

"What made you show me this part of you?" Harry asks

"When I seen Naill everything snapped back like a rubber band. Naill had always coke first in my life for the past few years and my first instinct is to protect him with my life" I say

"Well I'm proud of you." Harry says

"Can we sleep? I'm so tired" I say 

Harry nods and leans down lifting me up carrying me to his room and tucking me in bed before crawling in the other side and pulling me into his chest.

Time Skip 3 months later

Louis' POV

Naill was still clinging to me and wouldnt let me have five minutes to myself. we were all sitting around the table having dinner when Naill became clingy again. I couldn't even be in my own headspace cause I had to deal with Naill. 

"LouLou" feed me Naill demanded

"God damnit Naill. Let your mate feed you and deal with you. I can't even be with my own mate or be in my headspace cause your to clingy to me. Let me have five f*****g minutes to myself" I yell at him

I push back from the table and stomp off to the back yard. I shift into my wolf and take off. I wasn't so much of a pup anymore I had grown some but was still small. O had been gone for about a hour and when I came back I walked in the house and to the kitchen for a drink. When I turned around Harry was standing there staring at me. 

"Don't start and say I should apologize cause I won't. I said nothing but the truth. I've tried to be good to him but I can't even have five minutes with you without wanting to rip his throat out for interrupting us." I say sadly 

"Oh baby I know. I was waiting for you to snap. I know you love Naill and would do anything for him but your the Luna you have to put your foot down" he tells me

He walks over and wraps his huge arms around me and I snuggle into his chest. He walks us to the living room and I see Liam cuddling a crying Naill.

"Louis do you have something to say?" Liam asks 

"Yes. Take Naill and get your things and go to your own house" I tell him

"W-what?" Liam says stuttering 

"You heard me. I've been dealing with him and he's not my mate. It's your turn to grow some balls and out your foot down with him." I tell Liam

"But" Liam starts

" Li I love you but no. Get your things and go home with him. I'm done babying him. Grow up and deal with your mate or reject him and find him another daddy" I tell him

"Mean to Naill" Naill whimpers

"Naill I am not mean to you. I have never been mean to you. But stop clinging to me and cling to your damn mate. I'm tired and want time with my mate. Maybe if you would come out of that f*****g headspace for five minutes you would see how f*****g tired I am" I shouted at him

"Alright that is enough"Liam says

"It's not enough. You sit around on your ass all day watching ME take care of your little." I scream at Liam

"Louis that is enough go to our room and wait for me to punish you" Harry snaps at me

"But" I Say

"Now" Harry's voice booms

I scamper away to our room and I stand in the corner waiting on him.

Harry's POV

"Liam I'm sorry but Louis has a point. No he shouldn't have yelled or cursed and I will punish him but he is right. You need to take Naill home now" I tell him

"I understand. Look I'll get a sitter for a few minutes tomorrow. I would like to talk to Lou and apologize. I know this hasn't been easy on you or him. I am sorry I didn't realize sooner" he tells me

"That's fine. Link me when your own you way" I tell him

He nods and gathers Naill in his arms and takes him home. I know I have to punish Louis and I will I just have to figure out how to punish him. I sigh and walk to our room and see him standing in the corner sniffling. 

"Come here Louis" I say

He walks over to me with his head bowed and sniffles. 

"I understand you were upset but you shouldn't have yelled or cursed at Liam or Naill. Now since you wanted to act like a big boy I will punish you like one. So if your in your headspace you better come out of it. Now you can either take 3 strikes to your balls with a ruler or 5 slaps to your hole with my hand." I tell him

"Bath after?" He asks

"No bath in the morning. The water will sooth your punishment" I tell him

"Five slaps" he whispers 

"Alright strip and chest to bed ass in the air" I tell him

He nods and I grab a small bottle of lube. I crawl behind him and he jumps.

"Daddy" he whispers

"Yes baby" I say answering him

"Never mind" he says

"Alright well I want you to take your hands and reach back holds your cheeks open. If you remove your hands before I get done then you give three spanks with my paddle everything you let go" I tell him

He whimpers but reaches back and holds his cheeks open. Hid hole flutters and I bring my hand up and bring it down on his hole and he screams.

"No more daddy is done baby" I say lifting him into my arms

"I know it does that is what a punishment is for. Now lets get you in bed" I tell him

He sniffles and crawls under the covers and closes his eyes tightly. I crawl into the other side of the bed and pull him into my arms and he snuggles right into me.

Next morning

I wake up to sniffles the next morning and I when I look over Louis is crying silently.

"Oh baby. What's wrong?" I ask him

"S-sorry daddy. No mean to. Could not help. No hit pease" Louis cries

I look down and that's when I notice he wet the bed during the next. I sigh and stand up and walk to the door.

"Sandra" I call

A minute late she comes walking in.

"Sir" she says

"Could you change the sheets and get them in the laundry. Lou here had a accident" I tell her

Her face softens and she walks over to him.

"Lou" Sandra whispers

"Yes ma'am" he says shyly

"It's Ok. Accidents happen. Daddy isn't mad and neither am I. I bet if you ask nicely daddy will give you a nice warm bath. And when you get out and are dressed come find me. If daddy says you weren't any trouble while taking your bath we will bake cookies" she tells him

His face lights up and he smiles at her.

"Weally" he asks

"Really really" she tells him

"Bath now daddy" Louis asks

"Bath now baby"I say picking him up

I walk towards the bathroom with Louis in my arms and I stop to face sandra.

"Hey San" I say

"Yeah" she says

"Thanks" i tell her smiling

She nods and winks at me and shoos me away. I walk in the bathroom and sit Louis on the floor. I slowly fill the tub and turn to strip him from his wet boxers. I lift him up and place him in the tub and get to washing him.

"Daddy bubbies" he cries

"Not this time. This is in and out bath bub" I tell him

"Daddy bubbies now" he screams

I quickly dry him off and take him to his nursery and put a nappy on him and then a onesie. Once he was dressed I carry him downstairs and into the kitchen to find Sandra. I find her cooking breakfast and I place Louis in his highchair.

"Sandra, Louis doesn't get to bake cookies with you today. He was being bratty in the tub." I tell her

Louis gasps and starts crying making grabby hands for Sandra.

"No can do buddy. I told you that you could only help if you behaved. And now you didn't so daddy says no" Sandra tells him and turns her back to him

Louis starts sobbing hard and we ignore him. Sandra makes Louis a sippy cup and walks over placing it on his highchair and the next thing I know a sippy cup goes flying across the kitchen.

"Louis william" I shout at him

All the crying and clinging with what Sandra is doing stops and I stare at a scared Louis.

"I'm going to take you out of your chair and you are going to go to the bedroom for your punishment" I tell him lifting him out

As soon as his feet hit the floor he takes off. 

"Sandra your a mom. What do I do?" I ask her

"Well since he's in his little space I think a spanking and corner time is good. Or a spanking and straight to bed without supper since he wants to throw his things." She says honestly

"Does he go to bed with no stuffy?" I ask

"That's up to you" She tells me

"How do you punish Issac?" I ask

"Well when he's in his little space I would punish him with the fit of his crime. But when he's a submissive I punish him much worse. Now Louis seems bratty, you should break him of that soon or he is going to think you can get away with everything all the time. Now if Issac done something like that I would bust his ass and send him to bed with no stuffie or supper" She tells me

"I don't know if I can do this" I tell her

"What?" She asks

"being a daddy" I say

"Then just tell him that and enjoy having your mate. Take his little from him for now" She says

"Can I do that?" I ask

"Yes because your a alpha. All you have to do is command him to stay out of his little space" She says

"I mean i feel bad for doing that. It's a part of him." I tell her

"He has to learn." She says

"Could you bring Issac over one day? I mean maybe he can talk to Louis and tell him how to be a proper submissive? I know Louis has been through a lot but he still needs to learn" I say

"Of course. I can bring him over tomorrow" She says

I nod and stand up and walk to the room to find Lou in the corner crying. 

"Louis come here" I tell him sitting on the end of the bed

He walks over with his head bowed and sniffles. 

"Look at me." I tell him

He looks at me with tears in his eyes and I groan.

"Now since you want to be a brat we are setting a new rule. I'm taking your little from you. You are not to go into your little space at all til I say so" I command him

"No daddy" He screams and falls to the floor

"Your going to learn Louis. From now on you are my mate and submissive. Now you will still be punished for throwing your cup earlier so tonight you will sleep in your isolation room alone. Tomorrow I want you up before me and showered and dressed. We are going to go buy you some clothes and then you will meet the pack." I tell him

"Please" He says crying

"Louis get up and go to your room now." I snap

He whimpers and runs off to his room crying. I walk down stairs to see Sandra nod at me and place a plate down in from of me. She pats my shoulder and walks around me wrapping her arms around my neck hugging me. 

"It's gonna be ok. He will learn. Just give it time sweetie" She says and kisses my cheek

"Thanks Sand" I say 

"Anytime sweetie. Now i'm going to go pick up Issac. I already put the left overs in a bowl. So let it cool for another twenty minutes and then slide it in the fridge" She tells me

I nod and start eating and moan. She is the best damn cook ever.
