I have no idea how that happened, but that was intense.
My Lilly love is still crying against my chest, and Mom against Dad's. Alex had also asked his mate if he could hug her.
I can't believe that men can be so cruel towards a woman. I don't even want to acknowledge him as a man because no man treats a woman like that.
During the flashback, we could feel everything she had felt.
I know Alex will be good for her, but the two of them have a long emotional healing journey. But I couldn't think of a better person than Alex to help her through that journey of healing.
Natalie stopped crying and looked up at me.
"She hasn't eaten. She needs to eat first, and she and Alex need some time together."
She stood on her tiptoes and whispered in my ear.
