Today is Samantha's trial. I don’t know how I feel about knowing that by tonight, she will have met her end.
I know what she has done is bad, but death feels like such a cruel punishment. But Benjamin said that it's because I was raised with human laws and that every single Werewolf is raised with the same strict rules and rule number one has always been never hurt harm or disrespect any Alpha’s luna. Death has always been the punishment for such an offense and there has never been any absolutions because if there is just one wolf that gets away with it it's like a pass to anyone else to try and get away with it. And that is unacceptable to any Alpha. That an alpha protects his luna in such a way is the first and most important rule all Werewolves are Taught
