I got up to do my daily morning ritual. As I entered the office, I mentally make a note to get a fresh set of tea and remind myself to remove the old file from the top cabin. I reach to my table started with my work.

Today, my clients are some rich couple was going to become I already have made new planning as Abby, as well as I, had agreed on and I also check the old file for old planning.

By old planning I mean is the traditional way and new planning are modern-day it's more like how to say in simple words... Hmm like a mix of cultures, so on.

I just hope at the end of this week we get some contracts, God knows or else we might undergo heavily lost.

I should stop thinking negative and focus on my work. I checked out our website if anyone has booked a reservation.

As I scroll down to check, it looks like four clients are going to visit the next coming weeks.

I can safely say not all clients who are happy will sign, some just come to waste the time or just to spy on their rival company.

I look at the wall clock, now anytime the client will be coming. I saw a familiar man walking in, I felt like I knew him, but just could not figure out who.

A seconds later behind him, a woman walk-in, she is just simple but beautiful. I felt self-conscious about myself. I didn't yet see her face, but something within me felt the like I knew her also.

I saw Addy talking with them and then led them in my direction, I looked down quickly preparing to read the papers in my hand.

"Rose??" I look up my eyes Mets Addy's eyes "Yes, Adeline?", then to the couple.

My eyes could stop staring at them as I realized I was being rude that man and woman just staring them.

"Sorry... I was surprised, so how may I help guys? Oh, sorry... Please first have a seat," I put a friendly smile, trying to cover up my mistake. Addy, gave me a look 'What the heck is wrong with you?' I just smiled.

"So, Rose, meet Mr Anderstone and Miss Grace... Okay, guys, I will leave you under Rose's care," I just nodded and Addy left.

As the couple sat down, "So, I am Rhosyln, you can just call me Rose... How may I help you guys?"

"Well, I and my girlfriend want to arrange a house warming for my friend and his soon to be fiance"

"So, any theme in your mind and by what duration do you guys want it to be done?"

"Well, Rhosyln, we don't know what theme, but the duration is one week" I mentally roll my eyes, 'what a rich snob' I through.

"Okay, So can you guys tell me what colour or type of cuisine they like... I mean the couple's," I asked in the hope I could get some good idea or a hint to begin or else I will have to refuse the event because it's best to refuse instead of spoiling the name of the company.

"My best friend like black and red, his girl like white and pink... About cuisine, I think they like Chinese and Italian".

"By the way, do you guys know how many people are going to be present, so my cooking team can plan... And any particular dishes do you have in mind?" I looked at the couple.

"We invited ten families... I think around 25- 30 people mind be present. And no, we don't have any dish in the mind, so we leave it up to you and your team" Miss Grace said it.

"Miss Rose about the payment... I would like to give you the quarter portion of the total amount as a token in advance and rest payment after the event" Mr Anderstone said that. Frankly, I was irritated at this point.

These guys are not giving me details... they expect me to do work without knowing what they want.

It is like I am expected to be a magician or mind reader to fulfil their demands.

And lastly, the way they act. I mean, it not rude but stupid because they are ready to pay me from the start, but they don't know what to order or what service they want.

At the end of the day, they will blame us for not giving them a satisfied serve.

"So, I guess I can start with my work... I will like to surprise you guys and your mystery couple of honour... Can you email me the address of the house", I said it with a fake smile.

"If so I am looking front to see the surprise, I will email you in some time," Mr Anderstone said and with that, the couple left.

As I came up with the new idea. I kept in my mind that I need to use red, black, pink and white colours in the theme.

I spoke to Addy about the food the mystery couple liked, Chinese and Italian cuisine. We decided to make four dishes in each of the two cuisines.

Two soups, Two starters, two side dishes and two main dishes. It may sound 'oh so little' trust me in not less and if you know which dishes in the right choice, everyone can be satisfied or their stomach will be full before they can start the other dishes.

After the plan, I realised they never told me about the dessert or the cake. So we prepared a backup by storing chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream as a dessert never goes wrong, especially vanilla and chocolate.
