The process of having to avoid the pack warriors to get to the secret passageway was hard. Felt more like a game because we didn’t have it easy before succeeding in doing that.
Once, a warrior almost caught us all because I thought it was best I poke my head from a hideout. For the quick intervention of Derek or we would have been found out before getting to our destination.
Before we could arrive at the passageway, we had to go deep inside the woods right on the paths that pack members could hardly ever be seen in the territory.
Honestly, I was scared when we began the journey all because I felt Derek was taking me to a dangerous zone. But I still ended up putting my trust in him until we eventually got to the passageway which was no different from going through the woods.
