“Are you sure you don’t want to consider leaving this quarters? I still think it will be safe if we look into moving you to someplace else,” Caleb tells me a few minutes after we have both cleared the air between us. It was a much different atmosphere now that we were both cool with each other once again.
“I’m fine here, Caleb. You don’t expect me to just change location after spending the last two years of my life here. Can’t work that way for me.” I tell him as I slowly get up from the bed. I need to stretch my legs a bit as I could a bit of ache in them from sitting on one spot for too long.
“It’s not necessarily a change of location. Just a change of environment.”
“Whatever it is doesn’t make a difference. I’m staying here, alright?”
“As you wish,” he says, resigning. Obvio
