My right hand instinctively goes up to my chest as I feel a stinging pain around there. The pain felt worse the more I walked on and I couldn't help but groan out loud from it, attracting the attention of the others with me.
“You know you have to be quiet around here, Young Alpha,” Aurora comments, looking at me from over her shoulder.
“Sorry,” I apologize, holding firmly the part of my chest which still harbored the excruciating pain.
