I watch as Derek gets tackled to the ground by two wolves that literally came out of nowhere. That was just after Derek moved in front of me, shielding my view and taking the full-on hit for the both of us.
My first instinct is to scream out loud and I waste no time in doing so. I was terrified by the sight. Even more terrified than knowing that my night was turning out bad.
I manage to comport myself a little as I start to move backward while watching Derek struggle with the vicious wolves that look like they want to snuff life out of him. Derek was going through a lot at the moment while still being on the ground but he's still managing to stay alive.
