Auren POV I didn’t wait for her answer. The shift tore through me in a rush of heat and power, and pride swelled in my chest when Lorien stumbled back, eyes wide and breath catching on a gasp. She fought against my men at first, but the resistance in her limbs faltered soon enough. With a tremor in her hands, she climbed onto my back, hesitant but obedient. She was too light alarmingly so and a low growl rippled through my chest as her legs slid against my fur. The edge of her uniform skirt lifted with the movement, pressing the soft heat between her thighs against me. A shiver bolted through my body an old, unwanted sensation I hadn’t felt since her.
