10 KILIThe pain was almost unbearable, yet I revelled in it, soaking it up as if it was the most pleasant experience. This was my punishment. “Laird, you’re an i***t,” Kion cursed while adjusting the med pod’s settings. “You’re supposed to be the rational one.” I grimaced. “Not anymore.” “I’ve noticed.
