Ella looked worried at the move shown to them and she laughed nervously at Patrick, telling him, “I apologize in advance if I’m quite heavy.”
Patrick smirked at her. “Nah, I’m pretty strong. You got nothing to worry about.”
Ella then hoped and jumped into Patrick’s arms. Patrick deftly caught her, and he was grinning at her as he told her breathlessly, “See? I told you I will catch you.”
